The Hotel was gated and locked. It is the first time that I felt safe from the chaos of the world that surrounds us. I didn't have to worry about my vehicle getting broken into, about the safety of my person. The staff were all brown or black and I felt at home unfettered by the intrusion of white supremacy, racism and exclusion in a state that is unsafe for BIPOC people.

I have no dislikes.

They had nice decor, it was clean and it was gated so I felt safe. They were very accommodating.

There were minor imperfections like peeling walls other than that I had a great stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and down to earth as well as professional and polite. Our rooms were clean and everyone apart of the crew played a cohesive part very well. I have a new born baby and we have been accommodated for what we needed

There wasn't anything that I didn't like or had a problem with actually.

The facility was welcoming and clean. Staff was ready to attend to my every need no matter the time of the day. Which made it easier for my wife and I to enjoy our stay

Room was large and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was fresh.

Breakfast was okay, but they were always out of multiple things like orange juice. The location is awful. They have 2 gates; one is the entrance, and one is the exit. The entrance is on a main road. It's easy to miss, so most drivers will. The exit requires a code. If you forget it, you can't get out unless you go back in and ask.

All ice machines on all 3 floors did not work and that staff did not care the Security gate did not work 4 - 3 days

The room. The living room was separate from the bed room. The extra space made staying there more pleasurable. I'd happily come back if I can be guaranteed the same room

Not enough quarters available from host to do laundry. Dryer did not dry clothes properly. Had to spread damp clothes over furniture in room overnight to finish dry them. Wet moldy smell in hallway.

I like the location, next to everything I needed. Breakfast was so great! Great staff (need to thank the cool guy that was on frontdesk when I arrived on 22th Dec and Nora was very kind), liked the housekeeping (was the best clean that I ever had on every day that I stayed). The room was good but not as big as I thought! Liked the security on the Hotel Parking. I would totally comeback to this hotel specially for the food and the great clean!

Staff were friendly. Room was perfect and fit all our needs. Breakfast was great. Property was safe and fully gated in had to have a code to even get out.

Walls are really thin, we heard everything going on in the room next to us. And people coming and going in the halls all night long.

i loved everything about it I had no complaints about the stay.

i didn’t like the fact it wasn’t disclosed about the 150$ deposit fee and because we booked in a rush and we had no other place to go. if anyone sees this make sure you have your 150 ready, it was a huge inconvenience for us because we was going on a budget.
