We loved that there was a pool as well as a laundry room! There was also a pullout couch in the room for my son to sleep on. We sometimes have a hard time finding hotels that accommodate what we need. This way, I didn't have to share a bed with my daughter. This was perfect!

I didn't like that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the steam. I also didn't like that the laundry soap wasn't in the laundry room. I had to ask for it at the front desk. It's just a lot of extra walking after a long day. It's definitely not a deal breaker, though.

For a huge facility the place was nearly immaculate. Staff exceeded my expectations by upgrading me - at no extra cost, and I didn't ask - to their best suite, knowing I was a light sleeper, when they realized a teen party would be close to the original room they had chosen. Very nice (Kim & Krystal) staff. The breakfast buffet was also spot on - you won't go hungry there!

The front room TV didn't work, but the other TV in my bedroom, did. No big deal when your room has a scenic mountain view (!) They should probably have more than 3 luggage carts for such an enormous hotel; but again, not a big deal.

King bed room was very clean. Probably the cleanest room for this hotel class I've had in a very long time! Hotel was quiet even though it's close to the freeway. Breakfast was great too - and it's included. Would stay here again as I think it's a good value! Front desk helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was down the hall all guests took to get to the restaurant so there were multiple guests talking loudly outside the door in the evening and early morning wake-up with screaming children going to breakfast. No fault of the staff, just guests not thinking of people behind the doors they are walking past.

Our family was celebrating the New Year in the Banquet Hall (Baja Room). Our family decided to stay for the night so we could have a place for my kids to go in case they wanted to get away from the loud noise of the party. But also be comfortable throughout the party too. Shout out to Sydney, the event planner. She is just PHENOMENAL! Family and friends had an amazing time.

The room was clean and spacious

our phone in the room didn’t work so reported it to the front desk when we checked out the next morning. the bathroom sink also was draining really slow, I also reported that. The TV wasn’t working in the breakfast room. I asked the woman putting the food out and she said that it it wasn’t working so my husband tried to work with the remote. It said on the screen that the TV needed to be synced with the remote. All these things need to be fixed at the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have the couch that turned into a third bed for my son. The room was clean and the shower worked great!

The breakfast wasn’t great but it was free and we were able to eat quickly and get on our way.

The hotel had an attached restaurant with meeting rooms. Reasonable prices and good buffet breakfast included. Close to I15 north Ogden UT. Very quiet and great staff. We lost our baggage at the airport and the staff gave us a few personal items to clean up, after three days in airports. Thanks for the toothbrushes.

Nothing

The young man working evenings is exceptional. There's good well lit parking. The location is convenient to the highway but there's nothing around the hotel but its captive restaurant. That restaurant is where breakfast is provided and it's not great. Staff was late to open, food wasn't prepared when they did, and what was available wasn't good. Probably more important is that the facility is undergoing a comprehensive renovation with exposed raw surfaces, and everything smells like fresh plaster and paint. It's strong. The room itself was clean and comfortable and generally in good repair.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful! Adjoining room with 1 room being a handicap room, allowed everyone space but yet still available to assist. Pet friendly with lots of grassy areas to walk & play with our dog. Breakfast was hot & ready every morning! Thank You.
