The hotel was super accessible thanks to multiple bus lines passing from the train stop in front of the hotel. The room was super spacious and more than enough for a solo traveller. The staff were super attentive and caring. The room itself was spotless.

The only downside was the heating was turned off when I checked in and I didn’t realize that it was off until the night. It took a long time for the room the heat up probably because there was not any guests before me. It could have been turned on by the hotel on the day of my check in before my arrival.

The room was good, with a little kitchen. The breakfast is really nice and has a garden so the kids can play while you finish your breakfast. In the entrance there is a kids area and that is appreciated

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room but the helped us to change to other. It is not always easy to park outside, but there are some places to park for free or with “Parkschein”

We liked the location. The rooms were cleaned oftenly. The staff was very nice. Overall we had a good experience.

The hand shower had a problem with giving very low water pressure on a random basis. The water temperature was extremely hard to get right - going from very hot to icy cold with just a millimeter slight movement of the handle.

Loved the porridge, cooked breakfast and fruit. My colleague who is vegan was a bit disappointed that there were no milk alternatives and I would have liked some too but for me it was not a problem. The reception staff gave me milk for my tea for the evening and when I lost my key card gave me another without any problem. The check in and out was very fast too.

Room was spacious and clean, bed really comfortable including pillows, parking garage had plenty of space and was easy to use. Breakfast was delicious with 1 highlight - honey served within the honeycomb. It was unusual, cool and tasty. Hotel is close to city center, plenty of restaurants around. Helpful hotel staff, no problem with English.

Parking fee could have been cheaper.

Apart from the aspects in point 2., in which you mentioned pretty much everything and I rated pretty much everything, I must admit that I do loved everything. For instance, the employees :-) one recognized me after a long time not seeing each other, and that is something very valuable for me. So I do rate memory of the employee as perfect one not even considering the visuals, which was also perfection :-)

There is no such thing. Everything was well. I hope that will be the case of my next business trip that will take place in April. I am definitely seeing forward to it! Perhaps I will use and rate the wellness you got there.

excellent location within walking distance from center and train; 20min from the Nuremberg airport; clean, modern and cozy facilities; friendly personnel; reasonable price; unfortunately didn't try the breakfast,

The room was great as in clean, comfortable, equipped with everything needed for one night transit stay. Location was easy to access from the motorway and it looked and sound safe and clean. The breakfast was really good with a very wide range of styles to please all tastes. Staff has been above and beyond to make sure our stay, although short, is going to be at it's maximum expectations and it was. Many thanks to all of them and most definitely we'll come back.

The extra charge for the parking. A bit of a let down unfortunately.

Inexperienced personnel in the reception telling us at midnight after driving the whole day and in an arrogant way that there is no room to us - while we had the proof of booking. Luckily, a more experienced colleague stepped in and found our reservation. Please beware how you speak to a tired family at a late hour and check twice if you do not know!

Great location and good room service/maid. Receptionist service is excellent.

Room has an old mattress, and overall is not worth the daily cost.
