Location and pet friendly. Facility was clean and staff was very good.

Gas smell near gas meter and laundry room. I reported to maintenance man and he said it was coming from dryers in laundry. I worked in all levels of gas industry for 40 years and it is not normal for the strong smell of gas in a laundry room. I am going to report it to the gas company serving the resort. I hope they will make sure everyone is safe.

Room furnishings were excellent; I appreciate a mini fridge with a freezer compartment; beach, dunes of course are wonderful and not spoiled by massive condo skyscrapers; pool area well maintained and great space to relax;

WiFi was consistently weak, a.m. & p.m. and eve

Location was great. Right on the beach, so you didn't have to drive to find a parking lot. Great restaurant in the hotel. Also, great restaurants close by the hotel. Short driving distance to historic district.

If you were not out of your room by the time they were at your door to clean your room for the day, they would not come back. And being that it's a pet friendly hotel, when they are in the hallway they should try to be a little quieter near pet occupied rooms.

It was a great location with a nice pool and private beach access.

I didn’t like the beds they were uncomfortable, and my daughter found a fish hook and some other items under the bed from a previous stay. It was overpriced for the value.

the beach is wonderful. the hotel is clean and staff great. the shuttle to downtown is a great option.

we don’t ask for our room to be cleaned daily . I’m a week we asked once. all they did was make the bed and change towels. they didn’t clean anything. it’s dog friendly. love that but I had to ask gram to wash and clean the dog water bowl by the gate leading to the beach. I feel they should pay more attention to this our small refrigerator had a freon leak. it made me sick. I feel they should have not only changed it out but brought fans in to remove fumes. we should have been sent to another room. I was sick two days

Nothing. It was perfect. We’ve been coming for about 7 years now and it gets better and better.

The size of the room, the gift shop, the restaurant, the pool.

The carpet in the room looked very worn and looked like it needed to cleaned.

The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, and we were comfortable. We appreciated the pet friendly facility. The beach was beautiful. A little challenging to get to with the 2 sets of stairs on the gazebo to climb with chairs, towels, etc. It would be nice to have a ramp, boardwalk that goes to the end of the path to the beach. The pool was lovely, and we chose to use the pool area instead of the beach. It was a little noisy at times due to work being done, and some of the workers were smoking and it blew over to the pool area.

The washers and dryers in the laundry room are in a sad state of disrepair, some not functioning, others just barely useable. The lint traps in the dryers have been so over used that they will not fit in the slot.

location to the beach was great. tiki bar and beach set up (umbrella and chairs) completed the beach feel.

You have to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrella, although you are already a guest at the resort. Should be part of the stay instead of extra.
