Love, love, love this hotel! There's nothing to complain about!! Location was great, the rooms are amazing...living area has a tv as well as the bedroom. Love the French doors between the bedroom and living area! Loved the kitchenette. The bed was super comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. The grounds are well manicured and gives it a townhouse vibe. Staff was friendly. This is my favorite getaway spot for a weekend. A great value!!!

Honestly, there isn't anything I didn't like...and I can be picky!!

My second stay and I actually liked it better than my first. I had a very comfortable visit and my friend who traveled with me was surprised and very happy with his room. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Honestly some of the very best I have ever encountered.

My small criticism is that on one night there were some other guests that were quite loud at times, but that's not your fault.

Location was good - easy to find. The room was comfortable. That staff was helpful, but not sure they reported my concerns to anyone.

The TV in living area did not work and was not repaired although reported. The toilet, while it worked, the tank took close to 1/2 hour to refill, therefore you could not flush again for at least that long. Reported that as well. Nothing was done to repair.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Read ratings before booking and do not understand how others gave it a poor rating. The lobby was spacious and well decorated. The room was HUGE and the bed was comfortable. Stayed in king suite and loved that the living room had a tv as did the bedroom. It was a great value!! It had a homey feeling and the room was very clean. The courtyard had a gazebo and nice lawn chairs and sofas to relax by the pool. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Check in and out was easy and there was not a required deposit. During our 3 day visit, we noticed there was someone responsible for keeping the grounds litter free! It was off the highway and was extremely quiet and the surrounding neighborhood was nice. Would recommend this hotel 200%!

The room was excellent. Nice living area separated from the bedroom. We liked that the bedroom was separated from everything else where we could have had someone over and not have them sit on the bed because there was a sofa and a chair in the living area.

there was hardly anything that we did not like about this hotel. the bed was comfortable the sitting area was comfortable. No complaints about anything in this hotel it was an excellent stay. There was one thing the elevator was broke but they were working on it.

Nice hotel! Comfortable beds. Spacious. Decent kitchen. Everything but glasses were clean.

WiFi in the rooms is HORRIBLE, spotty at best. Hallway smelled old, funky and had a slight stinch to it. Thank God it was just the hallway and not the rooms. Drinking glass had fingerprints and lipstick on it, leading me to believe it had not been thoroughly washed (if at all).

ONLY THING IS HOW THE KIDS BE ON THE 3 FLOOR I THINK THEY SHOULD BE ON GROUND FLOOR BECAUSE U CAN HERE THEM RUNNING AN PLAYING SOUND LILE THEY GONNA COME THROUGH THE CEILING.

We had a suite so we cooked or ourselves when we needed to. The living area was comfortable and the king size bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean, brightly lit and the tub has safety features.

Needs a little refreshing of the areas.

The lobby was spectacular ,courtyard n swimming pool looked very nice if it was open.Rooms were very spacious an quiet, the hallways were well lighted. The elevator was nice an was located just right n plus hotel was located close to restaurants n entertainment

Curtains where very dusty especially on top. Grounds could of used a early spring clean up , but understand we are in Michigan but presentation n appearances are usually the first impression we haven't had that many bad days that you couldn't of blown property off at least once or twice

love the staff and always willing to help, so Harding working in keeping thing order no matter what they are doing they help you best there absolutely

didn’t really like looking for a working remote, didn’t like the buzzing sound coming from the kitchen lights and also don’t serve breakfast in the morning
