Breakfast: The most impressive breakfast that I've ever had. As a vegan, I appreciate a variety of vegetables and some other food options. Also, they had allergen marks in front of the dishes and staff answered to all of my questions. They know their job well. Also, you can take out a cup of coffee with you after the breakfast. Location: it's right at the station Rooms: rooms are soundproof and we couldn't hear any noise or train sounds, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Beds: super comfortable. 5 stars for the pillow options. They had my favorite type - orthopedic pillow. I slept like a bear during hibernation. Amenities: loved that they have body lotion and a bottle of water as an amenity at the room. Not many hotels offer it. Also, the quality of toothbrushes and other amenities is high. Cost: Very good cost performance. Highly recommend to everyone.

We liked everything about this hotel, which is located right on top practically of the Takasaki Train Station. It is clearly a hotel targeting businesspeople. The breakfast offerings were abundant and diverse, Western and Asian. There was a coin self-service laundry which we used - and had not expected. Our room was small. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was small, typical of Japanese hotel rooms.

The staff is very friendly and supportive of all requests. The room is very quiet, cozy, and well-maintained every day. The WiFi connection is good and stable. The hair shampoo and body soap smell very nice.

No public bath is available! The single room is very small, i.e. there is not enough space for a big luggage opening, thus I need to open and close my case back and forth to pass through the way. The moisturizer is not set up by default, and it could hinder the passway.

It was a great stay. It's amazing to just get out of bed and already be at the station. I would highly recommend this if you want to take a 1 day stop at Takasaki because it's literally in the station. Very easy access. It also has a luggage sending service, so it's perfect for backpacking with big luggage!

Service was good, rooms were clean and comfortable and a good size. Location was extremely convenient with the JR station just below and lots of restaurants around.

The view from the window (8th floor) wasn't great.

Location Location Location, the hotel is just up from the JR station and within a shopping mall. Across the road there is also shopping malls and big supermarket. Staff are extremly welcoming and the room is modern and clean. They do offer breakfast and buffet lunch but we didn't have time to try.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with useful amenities. There were many restaurant options being above the station so we had no difficulty to find places to eat.

In and out of the bathroom was a bit hard, especially for my elderly family member, because the step up to the bathroom was a bit high. It would have been helpful to have a place to open a big suitcase.

The location of the hotel was very convenient (if a little hard to locate at first). It was located in the station, near a shopping centre and matcha ice-cream shop. The size of the twin rooms were reasonable for Japan. There were good amenities in the bathroom including great shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser as well as razors, toothbrush, cotton buds etc. They provided two pillows - one tempur and the other a normal pillow

I was very happy with the breakfast! Despite the small options, they were all very delicious! Would definitely recommend it.

The parking was a bit further and cost a lot, but if you come by train, this hotel would be perfect.

Location right next to train station. Competent business hotel complete with the usual facilities/conveniences.

There were no shelves or drawers for storing clothes/items, only the closet (maybe my room category) 1 small drawer for documents.
