The room was great no issues The view was great and location also. . But other bits of the property was ran down

I was very disappointed with the state of the pool. We didn’t had a chance to use it as the water was very horrible.

Rm 708 had a nice kitchen island and it was a studio. The balcony door was sticky to open and close. The king bed was nice but the cover needs replacing in my view. But we liked it. If you book sea view that is not the same as sea front. So we had half sea view half garden. In the end it was ok because it was quieter. But don’t pay more for it. We later booked 707. Sea view. The kitchen was not great but the unit was a very spacious 1 bedroom. You don’t know which unit you are getting till the last moment you are actually there. Both units we could see at least a part of the sea. The location is ideal. Cross the street to doctors beach which is awesome. Theo boy thing to note is it’s elevator to the second floor then walk two flights down to ground level. Then cross to get to beach. Get your groceries and water jugs at progressive foods when the taxi picks you up. There is very little and overpriced grocery in area. The lunch was nice on the beach. Both units were fine. Wrap up your garbage and keep everything in the fridge to avoid unwanted visitors. The best way to book would be to get some connections with reception in this building as there are 30 owners renting their places.

Well everyone was really nice, friendly and decent. It’s not a resort, so don’t expect the ritz. Location is ideal. Margeritaville and Aquasol are under construction from a huge wave that destroyed them. Harmony beach is a good alternative to doctors beach. At Doctors cave, Two chairs, one umbrella and entrance was $50 US a day. Beach lunch decent. I didn’t feel like going out in the evening. So we just watched tv. I’m not sure there is much to do.

Pool was not working

Perfect location if you want to be on the Strip. Doctor's Cave Beach is right across the street. Shops, restaurants, ATM within short walking distance. Best view in the area. Old building could use some TLC, but very clean with comfortable, convenient furnishings. Responsive staff, friendly security.

On-site restaurant is closed despite listing stating otherwise. A/C kept us cool but struggled. Fridge/freezer wasn't cold enough and we couldn't adjust it.

The room was better than I expected. The bed was comfortable. The central air kept the room cool. The kitchen had pots and pans. I was able to cook a few meals. I would say the room I stayed it was recently remolded. Maintenance was responsive and customer service always responded within a few minutes. Ohhh I was able to wash my clothes. It was close to the beach, lounges, Margaritaville, The Pelican grill… The ATM was near by.

I asked for Ocean view but received a room facing trees. I would call it a peek view of the Ocean on the side. I can’t say I didn’t like balcony because I did…. Fan didn’t work.

The location was great. The Kitchen was efficiently equipped.

The Floors was Not clean... Needed to be swept and wiped...

The view and access to the beach and restaurants.

The location is perfect. You have the opportunity to enjoy the pool and the beach across from the building.... you have supermarkets, restaurants, Scotiabank machine, etc close by..... the apartment has everything needed to have a comfortable stay..... the view from the balcony is amazing.... if you stay here, I won't recommend you to book a garden view apartment.... you must stay in a sea view one..... believe me, you won't regret it.... the bed is awesome..... so comfy that I didn't want to get up

The bathroom design is awkward..... anytime you take a shower, all the water comes outside, so basically the bathroom floor gets totally wet.... the toilet was broken and I wasn't informed about it.... the shower didn't drain the water as it was supposed to be.... so you ended up taking a shower in a minipool..... so annoying.....

I only stayed at this hotel 1 day but man it super exceeded my expectation. This Apt is good for short or long stays. It was clean, had all the utensils and more. Everything worked well. I can't find nothing to say that I didn't like about this place. The host Karl was absolutely 💯 very courteous i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a budget friendly value for money experience in Montego Bay.

The exterior of the overall building was old and outdated. This isn't a fault of the host but more so on the part of the Strata or Condominium Management part.
