the rooms was very clean

The Tv Cable Selection could of been more updated to smart tv to allow people to watch stuff on streaming networks, toilet are way to low to the floor, got good for older people they do have 16-17 " high toilets for $79-99 at lowes & Homedepot also toilet continue to run had to keep fixing the flap to stop the sound of water running

I really enjoyed my stay the room was clean and non smoking I didn’t smell any smoke at all the breakfast was good and the area was also clean the workers were friendly and kind I asked for some clean towels and wash clothes for the next night and I looked outside and they left them as asked.Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will again

I didn’t have any issues at all that’s why I’m going to book with them again soon.

It was in a great location. Clean. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

I was working and a fuse was blown because, the manager said, there was too many things going on. My laptop, the lights, and I was heating up some water.

Close and convenient to the Convention center.

The room was dirty, there was cat litter and cat toys left under the chair and blood on the sheets! Our battery in our door died so we couldn't use our key the last day we were there. Anytime we left we had to put the latch on to get back in. We did not like that at all!

Everything went well, the front desk was very polite and answered my questions. Room very clean, comfortable, breakfast was included, I will definitely stay there again when I travel to NC again. I felt safe as well.

There wasn't anything I did not like, close to restaurants, overall I enjoy everything.

The hot breakfast. It was nice to have eggs served.

I wish they had a year-round hot tub. The shower head didn't spray well and had low water pressure.

Friendly staff. A great location with quitw a few restaurants in the area and very affordable.

Could've maybe used a update on the paint amd staff could dust a bit on the ceiling area but wasn't terribly concerned.

Upgrades are in the works, so I guess coming back in a few months when all is done would be best.

Doors were a little loose art locking mechanism so I made sure to use the latch. Outside coke is putrid! Not welcoming at all. Needs to be a brighter color outside of baby poop brown.

The staff was accommodating and kind. The beds were updated and comfortable.

The facility was dated a bit and not as clean as I’d liked it to be.I still went in a disinfected and sanitized as I always do but cleaning could be done better. The sheets had visibly been cleaned but stained a bit.
