Super friendly and helpful staff. Everybody are all smiles and eager to help you with anyhting. Special thanks to one distinguished gentleman, whose name I do not recall I'm afraid. This epithet of a man helped me with a jellyfish sting. I was a bit worried since I had to visit a local hospital in the evening, with hotel check out and flights awaiting the next morning. The helpful staff member told me not to worry about anything, and insisted I go take care of the jellyfish sting as he would sort things out and reassured my worried girlfriend there was nothing to worry about. This was an excellent showcasing of not only Malaysian kindness, but being an outstanding human being as well. I for sure will take example of this man and the way he carried himself, hoping to be more like him someday.

Nothing really not to like. Some othet guests were noisy one night but that is not the hotel's fault.

Fab location, walking distance from Maha-Tower and night market, 5 mins ride to both the best shopping malls in Langkawi. Nice small shopping and eating places around including pharmacies. Hotel is pretty neat with helpful staff and food options is also good. Tried spa also for foot massage - A must recommendation after a day full of activities

The staff is all very friendly and attentive, once we've arrived they upgraded our room with a sea view and everything felt comfortable and very clean. There's a swimming pool, yoga room, gym. Generally the decor feels a bit outdated but still is kep extremely clean and well maintained. The position i also think is pretty good, there are few restaurant nearby

the only thing that i would have liked is the fact that it was not possible to open the window, and I would have loved to let some air enter the room to dry some clothes as well, especially considered that on the island it get extremely humid

The rooms, the beds were so comfortable!!, the cleanliness of the bedrooms, having connected rooms with our daughters, location, very kind staff, the pool was nice, the views from the bedroom, the bath tub and the shower were very good, the movies that were available on the bedroom TV, the lady that gave us information about the excursions was kind and patient…

Breakfast was average, there should be more variety of cheese, pastries like doughnuts or pain au chocolat, Nutella spread, fresh juice instead of processed. The coffee machine is very good but very slow, you should have at least 2, There should be air conditioning in the gym. There should be a little bar by the pool and background music, this would encourage people to stay there for longer. The lunch menu is very basic, you should have either 2 menus (lunch and dinner) or only one menu but more varied. There should be a pool table in the bar to encourage people to come in and stay. And the bar should stay open for longer maybe 2am.

The hotel was very nice. It was well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The room allocated was a good size, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a good sized swimming pool and gym which I used both were good. There is a large soft play area for children. I used the hotel spa for a couple of treatments and both are very good and very reasonably priced. The food in the breakfast restaurant was sufficient in variety for me. I used the Chinese restaurant in the hotel one evening and the food served was very nice. The Hotel was able to organise a couple of trips for me to see the highlights of Langkawi. Both were very good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the ferry pier to the mainland and about 20 mins drive from the main tourist area / beach / nightlife. In terms of nightlife there is nothing really around the hotel. The hotel would be ideal for a couple wanting a quiet holiday or a young family not necessarily looking for after dark night life.

We had a very large room with an incredible view of the MAHA Tower and the sea/islands! The room was very clean and comfortable, although some of the fixtures and carpet were a bit worn. The bathroom was also big with a good shower and a separate bathtub. The breakfast was fun! There was a huge choice of Chinese, Malaysian, and Indian foods, as well as Western options. The location is convenient for many restaurants and the night market in Kuah, and there are a few duty-free shops and a 7-Eleven very nearby. There's also a cool bar in the hotel with very reasonably priced beers and drinks.

Good location. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was spacious with great lighting. Happy with housekeeping except for one hick up when the shower gel was not replenish after being notified first thing in the morning. This was promptly done so after we requested through phone in the pm. Otherwise the stay was a pleasant one

Bath room needs touching up - bath room door wear and tear. Water pressure rather low. Could do with hand held shower hose. Could do with better security - better to ensure legitimate guest with room card to tap in the lift to go into respective floor.

The Premier King Room with Sea View was very spacious, tastefully decorated and had a fantastic view of the sea and the Menara tower. The room is very well designed with a long counter to keep two small suitcases, an extra long table to work and 3 chairs. It was a pleasant surprise to get more than 5 plug points in the room near the table and bedsides, and which did not require any converter or adapter for charging. The bathroom was also very clean and generously spacious. The hotel staff were very polite and courteous and helped us with all our requirements.

The location of the hotel is far from the many tourist attractions, popular beaches and shopping areas. The Indian food served as part of the breakfast buffet was not upto standard.

i reached at hotel after past 7pm and smooth check in with staff FO en Asrul and warmly greet us since there huge group of Indian traveller too check in. And most memorable was the courtesy of Mr Nathan Front Office Manager who was genuinely asked for our ample time to late check out on last day. definitely returning to this hotel once go to Langkawi. well done hotel team and keep up good work!

when beyond our expectation the large group of Indian traveller (I dont know maybe their time like Arab Spring) whom may distracted us a bit and not queueing up on breakfast time and hitea complimentary by hotel (even the food finish and lucky Mr Nathan helps us on inform there will be topup extra food and welcoming us since the group already been there
