My room was very clean and comfortable, and I was satisfied in every way. I certainly hadn’t expected that my room would be cleaned every day, but even more than that, what really stood out about my stay was the exceptional treatment I received from the owner, who was extremely accommodating to my requests. His kindness and responsiveness and thoughtfulness melted my heart.

Although I wished that things like convenience stores, grocery stores and bakeries were a little closer, I ended up enjoying the time I spent exploring the immediate neighborhood. As for the hotel itself, my only feelings are positive to the nth degree. I have never received better treatment anywhere else!

Excellent and affordable accommodation. Room cleaned daily, nice amenities and self help breakfast was a welcoming addition every morning - toast, jam, eggs, cornflakes, coffee and oranje juice.

No one at reception for the duration of our 4 day stay, but was able to communicate via booking.com app concerning a challenge finding the kitchen for breakfast. It would assist if each room had clear directions to the Breakfast area. To assist future guests I have taken a few photos to direct you to the Breakfast area which is on the 2nd Floor, door 2F. It is called the Story Cafe and is indicated in the elevator although no one would be able to connect Story Cafe with the Kitchen if you didn't know beforehand. We were under the impression that Breakfast was downstairs by reception/Coffee Shop Area.

Overall the room was very clean and well groomed with amenities. As we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t expect the room was serviced but when we came back it was all changed with fresh linens and amenities. It was something I would expect from the 4,5 star hotel.It was a pleasant surprise.

I was very impressed with every detail of this hotel. I could see "The Stay" emblems wherever I visit. Therefore, I could feel that I was staying "The Stay."

Peacefule area. Nice staffs

The blankets were too thick. Wearing it even in high AC, made us sweat. There could have been two types of blankets, one thick and one thin so the tenants could choose.

Very nice and helpful service. Nice clean and quiet room. Very good outfit. Nice homely neighborhood.

Hard pillows on the bed.

The hotel itself was very nice and had clearly been recently updated. The rooms were a great size as were the beds, and everything was very clean. The room was nice and quiet, we didn't hear any other guests.

We found the pillows in the room too thick and we found it difficult to fall asleep but that is our only complaint!

Only one electric outlet in the room. Very hard for people with many equipments.
