I have stayed in 3 hotels during my visit to Thailand, Sunee was by far the best! The staff was amazing, super kind and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was beautiful, the hotel was directly connected with a big shopping center, in front of the hotel is the famous food market, and our room was like a small appartment with a giant double bed. When it comes to price/quality this hotel is simply unbeatable!

The wifi had to be re-connected every day and sometimes I had to wait an hour to be re-connected, but this is just a minor thing to me.

Excellent breakfast options. Convenient location for shopping as it’s connected to a mall of sorts. Across the street there was a night market! Clean pool and very friendly hotel employees.

The carpet leading to the rooms is a bit old and stained. The crib provided was very kind but not secure if you had a wiggly baby. The wooden board was only held up by 4 little wooden dowels. I’d only recommend if your baby was already asleep and then if they woke in th middle of the night to go get them to make sure they don’t jolt it too much. Also, laundry service was too expensive for us to use.

The room was fantastic also was suitable for my wheelchair as I am disabled ,the hotel was in a prime location and was clean ,staff was pleasant and polite . It was situated beside a 5 floor shopping mall and outside near the car park was a large Thai night market which was every night . I didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel but had a meal which was really nice so I would say the breakfast would be more than good !

Hotel is above restaurants and shopping mall ( although outdated in comparison to the new central plaza) - pool &massage and spa available… with night market at hotel car park.

Lack of cushions for presidential suite and kettle not working on second day … no milk or tea & coffee supplies. Usually , a hotel of this calibre would provide all the above items with complementary cookies& milk in fridge.

The ladies at the restaurant downstairs were very attentive and very nice. Having all of the shopping in the mall without needing to leave the hotel was so convenient. And the price was very reasonable. Would stay again and would highly recommend it.

Bed was typical firm Thai bed.

Great spacious rooms, pool is big and hotel is kept clean. Downstairs is a modern supermarket, KFC over the road. Really good hotel, and I would only stop there from now on.

Nothing, as when I had a slight problem, the staff all jumped on it and was sorted in minutes. Can't fault this hotel for anything.

It was very nice,but it would be nice to get more pillows if needed without being charged. The beds are a bit hard but nice. It was nice location close to many things and very accessible.

the choices of food

Everything was fine, including many extra details like flip-flops for the shower. There was a wide choice of items for breakfast, and staff were super-helpful.

The only downside was the restricted availability of the fitness room, not open until 6 am, which is very inconvenient if you are still functioning on European time.

The staff including receptionists , chamber maids, cleaners, restaurant staff, fitness staff and bell boy all excellent and professional

Beers a bit expensive

Everythis:ng about sunee for me was top value .everything you need within one complex . I think for me probably the best option in ubon.

Room perfect. Staff. Facilities and even a smoking area .just great for me .
