Staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel area is lovely. The rooms are excellent (I happened to stay in two different rooms). The location makes it so that reaching it on foot would be tedious. I'm unsure of how good the local bus option are, but if you choose to use a personal vehicle, such as a scooter, the location is excellent. It's right in the center. You have beaches on your left and right. On the West side you'll find Hengchun, which is a short 15 minutes drive away. Here you can easily find a good breakfast. To the East you have the night market and more attractions, all of which are a short drive away.

I stayed here twice – once solo for a triathlon and once with family during the Festival – and both stays were awesome. Superb location – set quietly in the foothills of the National Park with awesome sunset views out across the ocean – and big, clean, comfortable rooms in which everything works (though more hooks in the bathrooms would be welcome). Joseph is a superb host and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and help. Definitely worth the money and I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location, clean, nice staff, easy parking.

A dog is kept day and night on a 2 meter leash about the parking lot. It gets to eat and drink, but that is about all. Would be a case for the animal protection society in most Western countries. Gases from the canalization or septic tank reflux into the room unless you use the bathtub stopper (provided). Also, there is a step in the room, unpleasant at night and a possible hazard for older people.

The location was quiet. It was located upon a hill, best accessed by car, that required driving up a narrow road off the main highway. The room was open plan and comfortable with a little verandah out the back. The staff were helpful and gave us great vegetarian restaurant suggestions. Our room was super clean and the furnishings modern and we liked the free access to washing and drying our clothes.

Clear signage in English from the highway would make this accommodation easier to find and even more popular.

Only on one day there was a bad drain smell in the room. Putting on the air con helped. Location is a bit far from restaurants.

Our host was the best and went over and above to keep us happy, even offering to drive us places, organised our diving trip and sent towels and water along. We could do washing on site. The property has seaviews and the property is away from the bustle of the city life!

After a busy day at the beach and the night market it was wonderful to go up the hill to this very quiet place surrounded by trees. Joseph who was operating the hotel spoke English and was a delight to talk with.

The room was so very nice, cozy, and clean! The staff was the sweetest and most helpful (from the start to the end). The property is about a 30-minute walk from downtown, but the staff offered to drive us multiple times, which was a very great service! I would recommend this place if you go to Kenting because it was an amazing stay and we felt very welcome!

it’s an amazing place. we stayed here for one night and we were impressed with the quality and service. my advice is that if you don’t travel with a car to rent a scooter in Hengchu city or Kenting. the place is ver quiet and perfect for a a weekend get away. It’s my third time I’m staying here and I always enjoy

Before it was possible to rent a scooter at the place but it is not anymore. as well the shuttle bus organized by property stuff from Kaishoung was not comfortable. there was a place for 5 people in the taxi but taxi driver packed 7 of us which I relay didn’t like. not just that it was not comfortable but it was dangerous. I understand that property stuff couldn’t influence this but at least they could try to suggest to taxi driver to stay compliant with local traffic rules and regulations regarding how many people are allowed to be driven.
