Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower very convenient. Plenty of parking in adjoining lot for RV or towed trailer...which is what I had. Decent morning breakfast...standard fare. Despite proximity to the interstate...very quiet; never heard anything. Gas station next door made getting on the road early an easy task.

Main lobby had a funky smell...like someone went WAY overboard on using deodorizer or cleaning agents; very smelly. Second floor hallway not much better. Room itself had a slight odor, but fortunately not as bad. Don't eat at famous fast-food establishment directly across the street: worst service I've EVER experienced in my life! Shift manager on duty was extremely rude.

Good place to stay. Staff was friendly...check in easy. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Appreciated the fridge in the room to store items from our cooler. Room was clean. I noticed the bath towels were getting alittle on the thin side but they were adequate. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. Would stay again.

When I entered the lobby the first thing I noticed was it smelled so good. sounds odd. but you could tell it was clean and welcoming. the front desk staff was friendly and informative. Traveling cross country for the past week this is the 5th hotel we’ve stayed in and by far our favorite. Breakfast was good and we loved the Nescafé coffee machine the Beds were comfortable. can’t complain about one thing.

it was clean, well maintained for the obvious age. the front desk person was very nice. our room was exactly what we expected. I slept well on the bed, which is surprising for me. the bathroom was very clean, which is very important to us. we always check for bed bugs, didn’t see any. something that is a huge plus for us is cold AC and wow, it was cold! we are very happy with the stay.

nothing really. they didn’t refill breakfast items and my kids missed out on protein, but otherwise everything was nice and no complaints at all.

Raymond was the night clerk on duty. He went well beyond expectations for making sure that I was taken care of. He even allowed me to borrow his personal charging block since there were no charging ports in the room. The hot breakfast was pleasant. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed in years!

If I am traveling alone I prefer to stay in a king room to allow people with more guests in their parties to have a room. Although I was given a double, it was amazing! It was a little on the pricey side for the area. IMO

Breakfast quality - still it was nice to have hot breakfast, but other similar hotels on our trip had better scrambled eggs and condiment at other places included salsa.

Breakfast was good, except last day the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Should have been removed and replaced.

Too much noise from person or people above us stomping around in early morning hours.

The host had too many questions. I have difficulty hearing and she continued to speak softly. I had answered all the questions when I applied on line including a photo of my driver’s license. Yet, she asked them again.

We travel alot so we are always looking for a good priced , clean, safe place. We have decided to make our stays when possible at Best Western. Ya'll have a Blessed day The Fosdicks

easily accessible from highway. area was clean, well lit. Ray, who checked us in, was very helpful and friendly. The young couples who worked together were wonderful. Breakfast was hot, area clean and refilled immediately.

air conditioner from second floor dripped down on ours but was solved by placing towel outside on top of our a/c to catch drip. probkem dolved!
