Sleeping along the banks of the Deschutes river was remarkable. A big comfy king size bed oriented towards the large windows and sliding glass doors two of which opened up on our balcony that over looked the river. We were able to walk across the foot bridge to the restaurant it all felt very enchanting.

We ate at Currents that restaurant on site, being that close was great however the we were not impressed by the food. We had the special, Ciopiono, a very basic version that was disappointing and at $40 for the single dish we had higher expectations. It was an overly tomato-thick sauce that was not developed with herbs or a white wine or a clam juice. It reminded us of a Campbell soup base, cheap.

I loved the YouTube button on the remote, I like rooms you can park in front of and avoid hallways. The pools are amazing, the lobby and the deck on the river are gorgeous. Hassle free check in and out super kind staff. The floating movie night on the pool idea is the single coolest thing I’ve ever heard of a hotel doing. Whoever runs the show there is doing an incredible job. Also I was fasting at the time but the breakfast menu in my room had perfect options for me, healthy and simple and just right. I literally won’t stay anywhere else in bend ever again

40 a night per dog for two dogs felt a bit high - I let the staff know that I was going to be arriving after 11 AM and leaving at eight in the morning. So literally myself and two dogs were just going to be sleeping in the room and that’s it. So to pay 80 bucks for that, when the website advertised “pets stay free” Felt a little bit too high. (I understand that some of the promos on the website don’t apply if you get a discount from a booking site, but my discount was only like $30 from the booking site so in the end, I should’ve just booked directly from the web and use the no pet fee option. At that point I had already booked though. Nevertheless, everything else was so great that I’m not letting it affect any of my ratings, including value

Beautiful views, conference center, centrally located

The hallway smelled like old garbage/vomit, and the room across the hall had big bags of trash outside the room for a full day. For the cost, I would expect staff to do walk throughs periodically and not just leave trash for housekeeping to pick up the next day. Outdoor sprinklers were spraying into the walkway used to cross over to the convention center from both sides( at 7:45 am) so I had to cross the road through traffic to make it to my meeting by 8:00 and not get soaked. It was approx 20 feet of walkway at the top by the parking lot entrance to walk down and under. Maintenance may need to turn the sprinklers back toward the landscape or maybe adjust the timer if there is no way to avoid spraying the walk.

This is one of the best hotels. We've stayed at in a long time. Two queen beds with two twin bunk beds above the queen bad's was most amazing part of the room there is enough for all 5 of us. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were completely amazing with tons of activities to do and a projection screen to watch The property was beautiful with a bridge, a river and snow, a beautiful restaurant, a beautiful lobby, a workout gym locker rooms, everything was heated. We will definitely be going there every single time we go up to bend

Beautiful location on the river. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was perfect. Gym had great equipment and close to the river.

The gym had no water in the water cooler so unable to drink anything during an intense workout if you didn’t bring your own water. Didn’t like the fact there’s not an elevator. Makes it difficult for people who have difficulties climbing flights of stairs. Didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get a king bed even though we reserved a king room ahead of time. Also, microwave in rooms would be more convenient rather than having to go use communal microwave down by ice machine.

Loved the location along the river, the views from the restaurant. Although we weren't there for outdoor activities, it was lovely to have the separate open pegs to hang wet coats and umbrellas. The room was a great size, not cramped at all. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Heater was noisy, rattled loudly when cycling on. Coffee set up only had 2 real coffee pods, the others decaf and tea (although I had a malfunction with the machine-no idea what happened). No tissues in the holder.

Stayed there many times, love the view, size or the rooms, conveniences of the restaurant and location to other services.

The desk staff and specifically the woman that checked me in was not responsive, caring or put any effort into validating my concerns. Further I am a senior and she said oh you have the best rate and the senior discount or AAA membership would not apply. Extremely frustrating as the rate was not in line with what I had been offered previously. In addition I just experienced a vehicle breakdown and tow so was really in a bind or I would have booked elsewhere due to he lack of effort and either inexperience or lack of knowledge in addressing my concerns.

Our first impression of the facility was great but, we checked into our room, overlooking the river, and it was awesome or better. We had apples in the restaurant and we're very impressed with the service, presentation and quality of food

When we turned back the bed, ready to hop in and we're shocked to see that the bottom sheet was dirty (large brown spot) and the sheets were creased as if they had been slept in. To the hotels credit, when we called the front desk, they sent someone up immediately to change them.

The room was really large and comfortable. We paid for a King Bed room, but when we checked in, the staff pointedly said we paid for a "non river facing king." I'm sure it was just to make sure we weren't disappointed not to have a view, but it did feel a little like being called poor, lol. We really liked the room and felt very fancy with all the space regardless of the lack of view.

We went to the restaurant for dinner, but changed our minds when we saw the prices. It was very expensive for the meals offered ($36 for meatloaf and the hostess was wearing a flannel and cargo pants). But there are many great restaurants/breweries nearby!

Beds were very comfortable and we loved that our family of 5 could all sleep in our own beds (and not a pull out couch) in the same room! Shower water pressure was good. Indoor pool and hot tub facilities were very nice, and a good sized space. The room was nicely remodeled, it appears to be a recent updating.

It was difficult to get the temp right in the shower, took several adjustments to set it just right between lukewarm and too hot. The floor tiles in the room felt a little bit dirty/gritty. The hot tub had too much chlorine, but the front desk staff responded right away when we reported this issue. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
