Staff were very friendly and helpful even when faced with multiple unusual requests due to a special diet one of us had to follow. The rooms were very nice, albeit not particularly spacious.

We couldn't park in the hotel garage because it's only got 2.10m headroom and we had a box on top of the car. There was a car park nearby that we could use overnight, but we had to leave before 9am, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, we stayed 2 nights, and on the 1st, there was a concert going on under our windows, whereas on the 2nd, some locals decided to celebrate a birthday there at midnight. Neither of which is the hotel's fault, but it still affected our sleep, especially with the windows open as it was a hot summer night.

Perfect central location - close to everything. Well equipped for kids of all ages - my toddler had the best time! And great for me to relax during happy hour

The room didn’t have black-out curtains which was an issue for our toddler getting to bed at a normal time (given summer days light lasts till 10pm!) Our room backed onto the public park which although beautiful during the day, it was super noisy at night with teens gathering to smoke right near our window. Can’t be helped though!

Perfect accomodation for purpose of visit of Legoland. Also in hotel there were of course some attributes corresponding with Legoland near by. Especially for families with children the accomodation was fully sufficient and interesting for childen.

Too small restaurant for that many visitors having breakfast in almost the same time (before Legoland opening). We as well as many other families had to wait for the table.

Overall a nice place to stay when going to Legoland with your kids - nicely decorated and spacious rooms, a good variety of breakfast, a playing area for the kids and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. It is very close to the city center, 12min walking distance from the central station and most important, there is an ice cream place just next to the hotel :)!

The wifi was very poor in our room. Since the rooms don't have AC we tried to sleep with an open window, which would have worked well, but unfortunately, our room windows were on the same side as the main entrance, so the noise and cigarette smoke came in with the cool breeze as well.

The hotel is not very far from the train station in Gunzburg, it's overall easy to find. There is a supermarket just nearby, which can be useful. Loved our room, very cosy and clean, big bathroom as well. The staff was kind & helpful. Breakfast offers a vast selection of sweet and savoury food, including plant-based milks/drinks. The lobby is well decorated and cosy. There's a bar, as well as a mini-bar and mini-shop at the reception.

Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever, we had a very nice time at this hotel! The only potential negative things I could note are not related to the hotel itself, but seemed common in Germany overall: the "still water" there is not completely still, there is some gaz (which I personally don't like at all) and instead of a single couple's bed cover, you have two individual ones. From what we've seen in other hotels, it seems cultural :)

We travelled with kids and a pet. The hotel has a great location. Just minutes away from the historic city center and a short drive to LEGOLAND. The rooms were just fine, modern, simple design. No frills, but you have what you need and a bit of comfort. Very nice staff. There are no meeting no minifridges, so that was inconvenient, but overall a nice place. They have a bar, which is great when you just want to relax with a drink.

With kids a minifridge is very helpful.

This Hotel is perfect for Families with kids. There is nice little play area, on 3 floor is little climbing station. ( I think all floors have it) When we arrive kids get little gift. Near Hotel is playground, you can have nice and chill walk. Train station is also not really far from Hotel. We visit Legoland and all was perfect! We loved it!

Room size was ok for a family for 3.

Breakfast area is a bit small compared to hotel size and considering that most of the visitor are with family. Staff seemed to be a bit tired. Seemed to be less welcoming although no complains or bad experience with anyone. Too noisy at night (from a playground next to the hotel, people were shouting at midnight!!)

The hotel is located about 800 meters from the railway and bus station. To restaurants and cafes about 100-200 meters. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Everywhere is clean. We were settled earlier than the scheduled time, so they saw that the child was tired. There is an Italian gelateria in the building of the hotel!!! There is a grocery store REWE a five minute walk from the hotel.
