Very clean & modern. Staff was excellent! Coffee was great!

The breakfast could use a lot of improvement. The eggs don’t taste real, do not use turkey sausage (gross), food was lukewarm. The bar lacked normal bar necessities such as bitters, espresso, cocktail cherries. The shower pressure was very low & shower water never got hot. Also, comforters on bed when held up to light looks like they are infested with mold. Absolutely disgusting looking. Head of housekeeping said it was brown feathers but when you look at it closely it appears moldy. Your white comforters should have white feathers.

It was conveniently located. Easy to find. Even though it was right off the highway, you didn't hear it. Very clean ! Bed was comfy and the pillows were really soft. Check out is at noon which is better than most places.

The cleaning lady knocked at 10 a.m. repeatedly and then tried to come in. Never said housekeeping or anything. But we had the inside security set up and once she noticed she couldn't get in, she said sorry. Then again we also didn't put the do not disturb sign out either. Checkout wasn't until noon so we didn't think they would come until around that time. But no harm no foul. We weren't upset about it lol. Had to pay $14.99 a piece for breakfast when most places it's included. Again no worries really. Other than that there are no other complaints

The place was immaculate, clean, and super comfy. Loved the beds and that Netflix was available on TV. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. My favorite thing about our stay was the beds and the shower...I hate tubs, so this was a luxury for me. LOL!

What's not to like? The only thing that I was unsure of, because it's new to me, is there was an extra charge "for incidentals" I think they called it. It was supposed to be a refundable $50 but it showed up on my back statement as two separate charges, one for $16 and the other for $34. The lady I spoke with as I was checking out was a bit confused by that as well but she said the guy who checked us in must've split the $50 that way for some reason but that the entire amount should be refunded to me within 10 days. So, no harm, no foul...as long as the refund is successful. :)

It was a easy check in process every one was friendly and the stay was clean and cozy

That we went to have breakfast and 9:30 and there was no more food out every thing was empty then when i asked the front she said with it being 9:30 they wont put no more eggs and bacon out

The property was very well maintained and the hotel itself felt modern and fresh. I also liked the location - easy to get on and off the highway but little to no road noise. Several dining options close by. Beds were comfy and staff was fantastic.

The shower just didn’t quite get hot enough

The location is why I have stayed here over and over. It's convenient to everything FtWorth North/FossilCreek/Alliance. The beds are comfy and the staff has always been consistently professional and courteous, stay after stay!

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast for it’s value. Good location with nice and clean rooms.

AC unit was a bit loud and if your room facing road it’s going to be hard to fall asleep. You literally hear every car that drive by.

They did not tell me I need to pay for continental breakfast. If it's listed on the computer, at least let them to let us know again.

Very updated, clean, and stylish. The location is near good restaurants and small bites and is located directly off of the highway for easy travel.

I did have a small issue with the TV in my room not working to which the front desk attendant kindly moved me to a new room.
