Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Great view. Loved the very soft carpet (usually hotel/motel carpeting is rough as it's for businesses).

Not enough undercover car parking. Took air-conditioner a very long time to cool room. No ceiling fan. Only one small mini container of milk for 2 people, not really enough to make 4 cups of coffee/tea (2 cups each). Suggest 1 mini milk per person. Some instructions on how to use the coffee maker LOL I was able to work it but partner couldn't.

The friendliness of staff, they were great! The location was also perfect, close to everything and right in the middle of where we needed to be; less than a 10 min drive from the airport.

The bathroom was a little run down in the bath/shower area but all still fully functional and the price per night was reasonable so don't really mind. The pool could do with being privatised a little better, very open to passers by as the car park seemed to be used as a general public walk way.

Location was perfect Lovely view of the river Staff were all fantastic and all accommodating We stayed an extra night to what we had booked and that was very easy to organise Breakfast was included in our room and was yummy

Shower set up caused water to go all over the floor each time you showered, creating a slippery wet floor to have to get out of the tub on to and try not to slip. Air con was either freezing or hot, there didn’t seem to be an in between.

The pillows on the bed a way too thick, alright to lean against if you are reading a book, but much too thick to sleep on. We ended up putting them on the floor and slept without a pillow which wasn't very comfortable. There needs to be an option (even if it's stored in the cupboard) of a thinner pillow.

Friendly staff and good central location. Hotel room was big with comfy bed and bedding. Bathroom and balcony needs renovating but still clean and had what I needed. Could easily cast to the tv which was a bonus. Parking limited but plenty of local street parking. Restaurant was great, although a bit pricey. Overall happy with stay.

Price of accommodation and restaurant.

Location was great. Lovely view over river from balcony. Main room and bathroom were very clean and quite spacious. Coffee maker in room (but more pods please) Restaurant was good.. great pizza and salad and friendly service.

Disappointed that more secure parking was not available. A walk-in shower rather than over a bath would be safer. No plates provided for microwave.

Staff were lovely, especially the cleaners, very happy to help with extra items required. Really appreciated the pool, the view, the balcony and having awesome restaurant on site. Coffee machine was great 👍

Had to ask for mugs and wine glasses, staff were more then accommodating when I asked for them. But I would have preferred not to have to ask. No icecube tray or water jug for the fridge.

The location was great & the room was very clean. The breakfast & Dinner were great meals.

After travelling 3 1/2 hours it would of been nice to be greeted with a smile. We had let them know we were arriving after 8pm. The receptionist was not very friendly.

The room was clean, and very comfortable. The air con had been switched on prior to our arrival which is important in a very hot area. The on-site restaurant was lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was a great size.

Location is perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars as well as ample parking space to leave your car. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was lovely with great food.

Nothing, would love a robe and slippers in room
