The room was very comfortable and spacious the one I stayed in 6/10, the stuff Dineo was Amazing to the tee 10/10, the place is in a very secure environment and very peaceful. 8/10 from someone that's always traveling to places. Overall the place is worth your Rands 8/10 compare to the other places as I found their reception and decor and the fact that they had tooooooo many restrictions and hidden cost that you will pay after they say you need to put a down payment for security. So will I come back @ Bali on the Ridge a definite YES.

WiFi very bad 2/10, bring your own if you wanna survive, the TV channels were boring only had 1 channel and that's basic 1/10, no smart TV bring your own smart stick, the shower head was a mess like really bad 2/10

Location ideal for travel to Kings Park. Beds comfortable. Aircon Good, not noisy. D was always cheerful and helpful.

Signage could be much clearer- turn is off busy road, easy to miss. For a hot shower need to run water a long time - wastage and time standing getting chilled. Bathroom needs some sort of door (My daughter and I were sharing the room.)

Considering the price I paid I didn't expect much, however I was wrong.This guesthouse absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the peaceful area to the super friendly staff lady and the spacious yet neat and cozy rooms, I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to stay over again soon. Definitely a place I'd recommend....well.... let's just say I've already started😂.

Had the best stay at this property, it was really comfortable, safe and easy to get around from, the staff was amazing always willing to help especially Dineo 😃

Dstv was an issue, not sure if it was the connection, and also had very limited channels

the place is in a very good location especially if you looking for some quietness and quality time to spend with your partner it is very good the service is awesome would recommend it to people it even does not cost which is a bonus

The manager was empathetic and considerate. He allowed me to check in early before 2pm. The staff were very warm and willing to help. When the roof of my initial room was leaking, they moved me to a upgraded room at no cost. I fell sick when I was there and they were helpful in bringing me to hospital.

I think they need to invest in more socket points in the rooms, especially in the first room I lived in. You could only plug in from one place close to the bed. If you watched TV. You had to keep your phone far off.

Staff got to assist me with decorating the room...they even helped me sing and take pictures for the birthday buddy cutting the cake...I loved it❤️

It’s so peaceful, the room was nice we loved it. We will be coming back again.

The tv channel’s, there was only on music channel of which it wasn’t playing our kind of music. So if you could please add, channel O & Trace music please. The air con wasn’t working as well, but that’s not a big deal. Because I will be coming again.

I enjoyed my stay at Bali. it beautiful, clean and quiet even though the place was a bit hidden but we loved the place and thanks to Bongiwe the cleaning lady for a warm welcome and for helping us.

To put mirrors on some rooms because on our roof we had no mirror it was only in our bathroom
