The staff were very friendly. The overall facility was very clean. And in our room, we could see where recent upgrades to the sink area had been made. Overall pleased and would return.

I have to say that everything smelled fresh and clean. There's no doubt in my mind the room was well tended. But it is worth mentioning, for fussy visitors, that the tub/ shower area was just not the most modern. And that's really my only complaint. And that could just be the room we were in, as we were renting a Smoking room. We enjoyed our stay and will use their rooms again.

We have stayed several times in the same room and it's comfortable but this time we could not get the TV to work? Not a big deal but would have been nice. The bed side lights both seem to have a short or something wrong, one doesn't work and the other one blinks if u bump the cord or try to use the outlet. And not sure if the carpet was cleaned or what but was wet in front of the sink area.

The room was clean & a good price for the room. I received 2 extra towels at my request. It was close to family that I was there visiting for the weekend.

They could possibly clean the carpets really well or remove them & change to laminate flooring. I'm just allergic to stuff that gets stuck in the carpets.

The staff was very friendly, there were no bugs as stated in other reviews that I had read. I will be choosing this location for all of my future visits to Bonifay.

Really no complaints

Clean, staff was fantastic bent over backwards to make sure our stay was above and beyond our expectations. I've stayed at 5 star hotels where the hospitality was any better. Don't get me wrong it's an older motel that's been redone, just enjoyed!

Wobbly table, leaky sink.. for $70, at least some breakfast is a good idea? Even if just fruits+coffee. No shampoo or soap or napkins provided (toilet paper was good lol)

This was a clean, comfortable, convenient, well-maintained place. The manager was friendly and helpful. We found several good places to eat nearby.

The door lock seemed to have some trouble reading the key card. Unlocking it often required a bit of perseverance and once, help from the manager.

,I called to check in because we would get in late the keeper told me not to worry when I arrived it was late they were very accommodating and the room was clean well kept the TV worked ,we slept like we were at home

All was perfect had room for my trailer parking was easy

Nothing everything was just right

I needed a clean, comfortable place to spend one night while crossing the country with a 16' rental truck pulling a car carrier. The parking situation here was perfect and could not have been better or more secure. The two gentlemen who we dealt with who assisted in our accommodation were extremely nice and helpful. The location is close to the freeway but it was very quiet.
