Nice location a short walk from the beach. The hotel has lovely surroundings and a nice set up. After a small mishap with our room allocation, this was quickly remedied and we got a better room and spent a very relaxing night at the hotel. Staff were very serviceminded.

As in many places in Oman it is sad to see the amount of trash on the beach. This is no fault of the hotel, a lot of it has clearly been washed up from the sea, but hopefully visitors, tourists and locals alike can make a better effort of taking care of trash, in particular all the plastic, in a better way.

Hotel is new and very nice and modern. I was lucky to be upgraded so definitely staff is super friendly. Everything is clean and comfortable. Good food and nice facilities: gym, tennis court, swuash etc. There is not much around but you will realize travelling to Duqm. For me its a plus as I dont like crowds. But also no shops etc

So there is an access to the see but you wouldnt really swim or lay down. The space between hotel and the beqch is rough and needs to be taken care of. The sea is rough and there is a sign they dont advise to swim. So the coastline is more for walks.

We were genuinely surprised and impressed by the hotel and really enjoyed our brief stay. We were upgraded to a bigger room which had a lounge area and a lovely shaded terrace looking out towards the sea (the terrace was shared with other rooms but no one else was staying in our row so we had it to ourselves). We particularly appreciated being able to park directly outside our room. The bathroom was modern, the rain shower was great and the room had all the expected amenities including decent sized mugs for a proper cup of tea (v important!). The room service menu was quite extensive although drinks options were limited. Food portions were huge and the food quite tasty. The resort itself is charming and we really enjoyed the walk down to the restaurant for breakfast - they also provide golf buggy rides if needed. Breakfast was a fairly standard spread but fresh and good quality. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful (reception, restaurant, room service and housekeeping).

We found the mattress to be uncomfortably firm but this is personal preference. It would've been nice to have some seating on the terrace so that we could make the most of the outside space. The room service dishes were overcooked so the meat was very dry. But on the whole this was a great motel style hotel and we would very happily stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! It was an over night stay as we stopped on our way from Jabal Akhdar to Salalah, The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Khaled and Bilal, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable. Their attentiveness, warm smiles, and impeccable service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meals. the rooms were comfortable.

The beach stretch, while picturesque, currently remains largely unutilized and is in need of improvement. Its potential is evident, but there's room for enhancement to make it a more engaging and enjoyable area for guests. By investing in amenities such as seating areas, and recreational activities, the beach stretch could transform into a vibrant and captivating space, offering a more fulfilling experience for visitors.

Nice and spacious 1 bedroom apartments suitable for family with kids. Also the room is equipped with a small kitchen having microwave, fridge and a washing machine as well. Makes it great for a family trip

The outdoor space beside the garden doesn’t have any sitting. Would have loved if they provide some outdoor sitting there. Also food quality at restaurant was okay. Could be improved though

Duqm is an industrial area, mostly frequented by business travelers. I was on a road trip on my way to Salala, needed a place to stopover for the night. The stay was amazing, the breakfast was fantastic with varieties from American to Indian to every other cuisine. The room was a surprise, spacious, clean, with a beautiful sea view, a private patio overlooking the beach.

The hotel is close to the beach but not directly on the beach. The staff are friendly Ahmad and Shahul were friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment was perfect with 2 AC units with separate temp controls. apartment had Kitchen and washing machine.

- Area between hotel and beach need to cleaned from the construction material leftovers. - Beach needs better cleaning/care - Instead of "swimming not recommended" sign, hotel should consider having a life guard instead.

Amazing new apartment with great interior design and size. Terrace and jacuzzi with exit to the beach. Was a pleasant surprise for a rather industrial area around. Very good dinner offer. The beach nearby is great. Very natural.

Some rooms are a bit far from the breakfast area. Buggy rides available.

the most favorite stay until now, we was before in raddison hotels in Europa, but this one is my favorite. I'm pretty sad, that we had to leave... the personeel was awesome, my room was awesome, the guy in the reception was chill and awesome...

The rooms are actually small villas where everyone gets a terrace. The furniture is modern, the bathroom is always clean and well equipped. Only the buffet was open, although the selection was more than decent. The pool, although small, was clean, well maintained, and equipped. And the beach is just a short walk away.

The main restaurant was not open for dinner although there was always the buffet option at the bar. Considering that the common facilities can be a long walk from the room, it would be nice if the staff offered a ride when they go by on their golf carts.
