Location, hotel and staff(Rhonda) was perfect after a long drive. The staff at booking was absolutely useless. I booked through the app and paid in full through the app. When I arrived at the location I was informed that the virtual credit card from booking was declined. I called customer service and booking was absolutely useless to help with the problem. I am still waiting on my refund. Rhonda, the staff at the hotel was amazing. She was able to tell them what was wrong but that still did not help. Finally canceled the room and booked directly through the hotel.

I booked a king spa room and this property doesn’t have any spa rooms. I was disappointed and felt this was false advertisement. I payed extra to have the spa room. I tried to call booking.com to see if I could change to a cheaper room but was on hold for 15min with no response. I decided to just keep the room. The hotel was very nice and all the staff are amazing.

The breakfast was fine, nice selection for a light breakfast. All the hotel was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location to restaurants and shopping.

Honestly the only issue was the chaise in our room had a large spot (looked like a dried water? spot) and I believe it just needed a steam cleaning otherwise the rest of the room was very clean.

The breakfast was great and kept refilled as often as necessary! There was a large variety each day and different things served each day we were there.

There wasn't a large amount of seating in the breakfast area for the number of guests that were at the hotel for a convention.

it had parking for a 26 ft uhaul with a tow hitch that our daughters car was on.

the only thing was a couple of the outlets were loose for our phone chargers but that's being extremely picky. it was good night sleep and a hot breakfast to start the day to continuing our journey.

the size of the room

stayed 40 minutes out of our way to have a room with a spa tub once we got there, our room didn’t have a spa tub in it. went to the front desk and was told they don’t have any rooms with a spa tub in it and that it was booking.com fault and there was nothing they could do. also the pool was broke.

Lisa was Amazing! We had a terrible place we were staying for my birthday weekend. She was super helpful and got us checked in early. Will definitely be going back!

Only issue was could not figure out how to get the safe to work. Think the batteries needed to be changed as it had a weird code when I tried to use it.

Receptionist look at me as if I did not belong at a nice hotel! Then after shift change next receptionist just stared at instead of speaking.

The room was clean. Staff friendly.

Had a cleaning man come in my room before I had a chance to say anything.
