We had only breakfast, it exceeded our expectations as it has really good taste and diversified. During our stay there were few people, so there was not a large crowd in the wellness area and the dining room. The rooms were clean, the quality of the accommodation was excellent. I liked that there was also a separate games room available, which we used.

The water is really a bit smelly, but we got bottled water in the room every day. We still missed the sauna sheet, the towel was stained by the wooden slats of the sauna, so it would be worthwhile to distribute sheets.

Room is spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was tasty although variety not a lot and almost everyday similar. View outside the room (facing the green field) is relaxing.

Room was cold and not able to warm up to expectation. Bathroom floor was cold and making shower time a bit minus. Should let the guest know that the SPA & Recreation service need to book ahead of time once the booking was made via Booking.com - I nearly not able to have any massage if the SPA & Recreation staff did their best to allocate time for me (but too bad, have to break to a few sections). Wifi was really weak and always disconnected in room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. When going to sleep we spotted that curtains were broken so it was not possible to close them for the night, so we were offered another room even though it was pretty late. The spa area is pretty big so you can relax.

The spa area, especially the showers, could be a bit refreshed. Also, it is a spa where people come to relax, so I would add signs to make people aware of that (I understand that some areas are for kids, but some should be marked as quiet zones). also some shampoo in the room would be nice

The swimming pools are very nice. Worth the stay.

Wasn't clean, and overall it is certainly not what you would expect from a four star hotel.nAccept for the pools, which were very nice. However the gym room could be better equipped as for hotel.

Friendly staff, restaurant with really good and affordable food, spacious bedroom, kids really liked the swimming pools!

Lovely hotel with great swimming pools, saunas and jacuzzi. Food in the restaurant was great. We had a lovely stay.

Great hotel near Krakow. Clean rooms and fantastic restaurant. Decent selection at breakfast.

The AC didn't work.

Staff is great, location is good. Nice place for summer and for winter.

Prices in restaurant are a bit too high considering quality and quantity. But food is good, just pricy. Internet connection is very very poor, practically not usable.
