Wellness centre was very nice and we took advantage of all the facilities and enjoyed massage treatments. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection.

To use the pool and wellness centre, having to pay, €2 for a compulsory swim cap €8 for a gown & pool towel. (Of course you can bring your own!) We didn't have to pay for slippers for around the pool as we had a pair from our previous hotel. Lol. Beware it's a 'textile free zone' in the various saunas, which caught us by surprise that we had to go naked. However, after a few minutes, it felt normal and not at all off-putting for us. No facilities for lunch in the nearby surrounds. A handy Spar supermarket saved the day!

Rich breakfest included, replenished enough, sweet and salty, fruits and vegetables, enough drinks - coffee, tea, juice. Helpfull staff, awaiting us in reception even in late night.

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially in summer. If you arrive late evening, as we did, there is no way to enjoy swimming pool (included in price), the opening hours are in conflict with check-out time.

Very good place if you are traveling and stop by for 1 or 2 days for a holiday. Located near the border, you can stop here when you just entered the country, relax and move on. Nice rooms, nice pool, great breakfast. There is a restaurant, it needs to be reserved in advance. Highly recommend for families with children, you can spend the whole day in the pool

Small town

Food was amazing - also suitable for vegetarians, as there is at least one vegetarian dish per course to choose from. Very friendly and lovely staff who were always able to help and patient with my Italian. They were able to speak German, as well, and had German menus/information sheets. Nice wellness area, and very relaxing massage. Lovely view of the mountains from the room.

The rooms weren’t sound-proof. One could hear people in the hallway and one floor up. Nights were quiet though, so our sleep wasn’t disturbed.

Nice hotel in a small village in the Alps region in Italy. The hotel has a nice spa-zone. Very nice buffet-type breakfast.

The staff at the reception is sometimes somewhat confused or less kind.

Very good place to stay. Peaceful and quite. Comfortable, clean, nice facilities. Good size indoor swimming pool to relax and enjoy surrounding view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast - everything you need.

Delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, car park, beautiful surroundings - I recommend this place, good for friends, families with children.

the spa was nice, pool a little chilly but clean

there were a few too many ‘hidden costs’. Example, the pool requires a swim cap, which they sell. Towels are rented for a few, not provided. dinner was an added fee, but drinks were not included. breakfast was an added fee as well. all reasonable things and reasonably priced but I prefer a flat, upfront, all inclusive fee

Lovely hotel, nice room good food, staff were very pleasant and it was dog friendly. I always love a hotel that has well behaved dogs it's such a bonus.

The room was really nice and clean. Mattress was really good as well. Next day when we came back everything was clean and tidy up. Breakfast was very diverse. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great service. Recommend
