Clean, easy access from underground car park as well as above ground car park. Close to the Exhibition centre, and a supermarket across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, uncomplicated menu for meals in the restaurant, and for those who wanted to eat in their room, trays were provided to take your meal with you. I travelled with my dogs, and a welcome dog treat bar was just inside the front door. Great to have an electric kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

While it was great to have an electric kettle in the room, but only herbal tea and one black tea were provided. No coffee or milk was provided. I dont drink herbal tea and dont drink my tea black! I am a white coffee drinker. I went over to the supermarket and bought coffee and milk so I could have a nice coffee while relaxing in the room. I was told on check out that if I had asked at the desk they would have given me both coffee and milk. However, I asked at the bar and was told they did not have coffee or milk to supply to the room, but i could buy a coffee and take back to my room.

It’s a new hotel, rooms were clean. Great breakfast. They have a big parking behind the hotel and also an underground parking.

The room was quite small, no wardrobe where you could store your stuff. No slippers, you can’t even buy them. No (complimentary) water in the room and no minibar. There is no phone in the room which means you can’t reach the receptionists, you need to go down to the reception if you need anything. It would be okay I guess, if they haven’t paced a welcome card „helpful team“ or something like that in our room, implying that their staff is there to help with any need. Receptionists aren’t very helpful though. When I asked for an extra blanket they handed it over to me at the reception desk instead of delivering to the room. When leaving the hotel we couldn’t order a coffee as there wasn’t anyone at the bar for 15 min..

Nice, modern ibis hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is simple, but functional. Parking for free is available in streets around the hotel. Easy walking distance from centre and the "Messe".

Ask for a room towards the inner yard, you can hear the traffic a bit in the room that faces towards the road. No mini bar. Not enough towels in the room, but it was available from a desk in the corridor, opposite the lift.

Nice, modern room with very comfortable beds and a spacious, clean bathroom. Very friendly staff at reception, at the bar and at the breakfast buffet. Very cozy lounge and a great bar with lots of choices. Very good breakfast buffet with a great selection. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the exhibition center and about 10 minutes walk to the city center of Wels. In addition there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

There is nothing to complain about.

The staff are amazing! We arrived during a torrential rain storm, which unfortunately caused a power outage. The staff were beyond accommodating to make us feel welcome and comfortable. My husband was having issues with swollen ankles and the manager went way above and beyond to help him , without us even asking. The bartender was so good and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish we were able to stay longer

For a heavy person as I am (123 kg), the bed was extremely comfortable - what's not often the case. Besides that, room furniture was new and very well organized. Depending on the time of arrival, you can free street parking Definitely coming back when I'll be in town.

Shower without doors = splashing water all around bathroom

The Hotel is very clean. The breakfast was perfect, and it's very comfortable to get breakfast till 11:00. The tables were filled till the end, which is superb. The staff are very helpful, polite and flexible.

It would be great to have a sauna or some wellness service, but it's just a proposal for the future. :)

The place was clean, hotel open with 24/7 reception. Indoor parking available. The room was big enough, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel accepts dog.

This isn'tt really an issue but just good to know that there is an extra fee for parking and for pets.

- good access from the gighway while traveling - in a walking distance from the center - the bed was very comfy - the room and bathroom perfectly clean - good breakfast. All the products were fresh ans there was a lot of space for the visitors to eat - breakfast is until 11:00 so good for the ones to enjoy sleeping a bit more 😉 - the whole hotel was very nice and you enjoy staying there - spacious car parking (in and out) for all vehicle types - pet friendly and the surcharge for the pet is very low

- in the morning the cleaning lady broke in our room 2 times while we were inside (2 hours before the check-out time). There should be a bit better coordination I think.

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre. There is a spacious underground car park for a fee. The hotel staff is above average friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern, clean, bathroom sufficient. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. If you don't want to use the air conditioning, it is possible to open the window and get fresh air. There is good quality wi-fi connection in the rooms. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate it.

There is not enough storage space for clothes. For short stays it doesn't matter, but for longer stays I can't imagine. The bedside tables are without drawers - it looks nice, but it's not entirely practical (again, lack of storage space). The beds are quite narrow, we had twin beds and the switch to the table lamp was right behind my pillow, so I managed to inadvertently turn it on a few times during the night which was quite annoying.
