Oh the room was comfortable, I slept good. The lobby area had a lot of room, we were able to bring our dinner back and enjoy it on premises. My kids also enjoyed using the pool.

The shower water pressure, it was horrible. We were also excited for breakfast but it was not good at all. One other thing, when we checked in the front desk attendant was not very friendly, she did not provide much information. The next day I went to correct my bill and the morning attendant informed me that normally the other attendant should have explained the $15 deposit that gets refunded upon checkout. I'm not surprised considering she only spoke when I asked questions.

Excellent clean and comfortable room

The woman who greeted us when we arrived was the rudest, most unfriendly employee I have encountered in years of traveling. FYI I arrived very late at 11:45PM on Wednesday 8/21/24. If I managed your hotel I would fire her on the spot. Unacceptable!

Well thought out, clean and comfortable. Also, Linas at the front desk was very kind, informative and accommodating. We’ve been on the road for months and stayed in many hotels and the friendly service plus the nice accommodations were just what we needed. Thank you!

Bathroom needs more hooks for towels

Excellent and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. A hop, skip, and a jump from downtown restaurants and the Carlsbad Caverns. The room was great, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and overall a very lovely place to stay after hiking the Caverns.

Breakfast was OK, good coffee, orange juice, but nothing of the ordinary

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud especially, of course, at night. It started noisily, making you think a train was passing right through the building. It happened on an average of twice per night, enough to disturb your sleep

The breakfast was great - not too busy and the food was hot and fresh - many options. Everything to very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms have nice big mirrors with great lighting and the beds are comfortable. Fridge and microwave in every room. Staff was also awesome!

The water pressure is not great but I feel that’s common in most hotels now. That’s my only negative.

It did what it said it would. Big room.. easy parking.. good breakfast.. simple evening food if needed..staff very friendly and helpful.. And it is in the right side of town for the Caverns.. which you MUST visit..!

No amenities except soap- they will give you lotion if you ask. We had a king room: one sink is acceptable, but only had 8” of surface around the sink. With king room, you’d think you would have more room for 2 people to put their toiletries.

All amenities seemed new and had the appearance of clean. The breakfast was good quality with several choices of warm dishes.

There was a restaurant on site but the menu was very limited and the walkability to other places did not exist. There were several restaurants but not close enough to walk.

Very nice place. Great staff.

A bit spendy. The restaurant in the bar was not open. Which was an important feature since there are not any places to eat close by.
