This is the best B&B we have stayed with my wife so far. While other places in the region range above 1000 EUR per 7 nights, De Maria managged to stay below that rate and this is the least of the benefits of staying at De Maria. First, the staff is absolutely friendly, starring Teresa De Maria, the owner, who is absolutely delightful and welcoming. We were always warmly greeted daily and they were always willing to give us the best recommendations about what to do and how to move around (beaches, places, food, transport, etc). Second, they also coordinated our trip to Capri, we were picked up at the B&B and also the scooter rental, they took the scooter to the B&B, we didn't have to go anywhere. Third, the breakfast has everything, vegetables like tomato, cucumber and carrots, and also eggs, coffee and a wide option of cheeses, breads and spreads. We asked for bottles of water and they gave them for free. Finally, our room was absolutely clean and tidy everyday. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and we felt like home. It was just absolutely amazing!

Nothing, everything was great!

The receptionist was super sweet and helpful. Aunt de maria who was a great host and a better motherly figure, she made sure we got everything vegetarian and she made sure we had plenty to choose from. They provided vegetables, butter, cheese, fruits, yoghurt, bread and juices for us to enjoy. They even gave us a box of gluten-free cookies as we couldn't eat any of the desserts served. When we checked out, she also sent us off with a made sandwich, two pieces of fruit for each of us, which was such a sweet touch. Their fruits are handpicked and are so juicy! The room was neat all the time.

The offered room could've been slightly bigger. Important note-we were offered a bigger room in the basement which could've been in a better state, we felt the rooms on the reception floor were better equipped and maintained so we chose the first room.

The b&b's family is very welcoming and gives great service and advice. The room is very clean and spacious. I've slept perfect in the confortable bed and the airconditioning was a big plus in the summer months. The b&b has a big parking lot, so no worries about parking a car. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the bus system works quite well.

No big issues, but some things to take into account. The b&b is outside the village of sant agata. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk. Parking (availability and price) is a major issue in the sorrento península in summer so the bus (or a scooter) is your best bed although less efficient. The b&b has a lot of (unused) potential for the use of communal/outside space

The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, and the beautiful view made our experience truly enjoyable. Waking up to the sound of cocks and birds outside was a delightful touch that added to the charm of our stay.

We found the distance from the hotel to the center of Sorrento to be quite far. This made it challenging for us to easily access the main attractions and restaurants in the area.

Room had a comfy bed and pillows, a view of the stone pine for nature lovers like me, a desk you could actually work from, a closet with a full-length mirror, the AC. It’s located between Sorrento and Amalfi and guides that pick up and drop off. Sita busses go in both directions. But above all, it’s the staff. They are so kind and generous! You feel like you’re visiting family. Every morning, you get a fresh breakfast, omelette or hard boiled eggs and made-to-order cappuccinos.

Surrounded by beautiful nature this family hotel makes you feel at home. Comfortable parking which is so important in an area that parking in not in hand. The hotel offers a good selection of breakfast and is spacious enough to spend evenings at the garden or the terrace. It is just 20 min drive from Sorrento center and the lovely beaches. Maria is kind and helpful, advised us for some good attractions in the area which we followed and enjoyed very much! We loved the hotel and if you have a car then it is highly recommended and a great value for your stay.

We loved everything and it a great value for money!

We stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic: - The property is near Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi - which is a very cute local town (still with plenty of tourists but not as crazy as other places), and about a 20 min drive from Sorrento - The rooms were incredibly modern and clean - The family that runs the property is amazing - they were super friendly and caring, and very responsive - I wish I knew that the family helped plan alot of things - including i) tours to Capri/Amalfi/Positano (at an equivalent/better rate than I could find online, which also included hotel pickup/drop-off), ii) car/scooter rental (with delivery) at very reasonable prices I would recommend getting a car / scooter here if you are planning on doing more of the Amalfi - but prices for a scooter were very reasonable (25 Euro a day with 20 Euro fee for delivery/pickup service). Finally I wanted to note that the family that runs this place is amazing. They were so helpful, so friendly and super caring. We arrived late for check in and one of the family members promptly gave us food - and they continued to be so hospitable over the trip. The family really treated us like friends/guests rather than just another set of tourists.

The place was a little hard getting to if you have large suitcases and are taking the bus. We would reccomend a taxi from Sorrento if you have very large suitcases - otherwise the bus is fine (and stops right next to the property).

Attentive and friendly staff, very lovely, we felt very welcomed. Breakfast is 10/10, they even cook the eggs on the moment for you the way you prefer, definently a plus. Nice view from the room and loby to the mountains, Netflix and mini bar on the room. In 15min you arrive from sorrento to the hotel by local bus, tickets bought in the shop in the left corner of the street near hotel. The hotel has private and free parking in place. Good quality price! Definently recommend and will come back!

A little cobweb found in the ealing (something u king of expect considering u are in the middle of the mountains).

Excellent location to explore Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Room was big and clean, breakfast also good-besides traditional Italian breakfast they also made us omelette, free private parking was a huge bonus. However, the best asset of this establishment was Maria, the receptionist. She was so kind and helpful and provided everything that we needed for a perfect stay in Campania. Thanks Maria!

Considering it is a family-directed small hotel, guests will be perfectly satisfied as we were. There is a relatively large guest parking (difficult to find in the region), elevator, modern and clean rooms, a simple breakfast, but for us enough for starting the day. The 84y-old lady house's owner is a wonderful person that loves to give hints about nice places to visit - and still cooks amazingly tasty dishes for dinner as a real Nonna italiana (we strongly recommend it). The whole family is very nice and welcoming, as well as the personal (Thanks, Maria!). It was our 2nd time in this hotel and we will certainly come back again in the future.

Everything was good. For my taste, the mattress could be a bit harder, but this is more an individual preference (and I'm a much heavier man than the average).
