The room was very clean and spacious. Big screen TV with dstv channels a bonus Bfast was fresh and tasty and included in the price New bedding and towels changed daily Bed was very comfortable Room aircon was great

No bottled water in the room fridge. You have to buy at reception for R35 for water per bottle Lunch & dinner only served to your room at a very high price. Cheaper to order Mr Delivery No social area to sit and relax and visit.. Pool area closes at 20h00. Bar very expensive. Cheaper to go out and buy drinks or bring your own Construction work on a Saturday at the student accommodation behind the Hotel was noisy by the pool area TV channels on analog. So channels very snowy when it's bad weather No covered parking either

Breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful and amazing, from security guard to Receptionist

The room that we were in was not cleaned properly, dustbin in bathroom was not emptied, took towels from our room and did not replace them until we saw one of the Cleaners for clean towels and there was dust on top of the safe, our bed was not made properly ( did not bother to shake the bed sheet to remove the dirt particles on the bed, just put back the bedding as if it was properly made)

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the check in was quick and seamless. The family room was so convenient. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Fresh, tasty and abundant. Enough variety everyday. Housekeeping was fantastic. I would definitely go back

The chef lady looks too serious though, not a friendly approachable face. At one point during breakfast she came to our table and started clearing used dishes without greeting...unexpected for a mature lady like her. But I ddnt hold it against her. The room could use an upgrade, the furniture is old and the carpet a bit smelly. On our first night it wasnt properly cleaned, the toilet was a bit dirty. The fridge was so dirty, we couldn't utilise it the first day, our food got spoiled. But housekeeping made it up the following day. The location isn't great. Not safe to take an afternoon stroll. But overall the good outweighs the bad.

Breakfast was okay, a little variety on different days would be appreciated. The location of the hotel however was perfect and safety was ensured all the time.

a variety of food for breakfast for inclusion of all people. I came with my 2 year old and we were struggling to feed her at breakfast because there was nothing for her to eat, i had to buy sorghum porridge and ask the staff to prepare it for her.

Breakfast was good. Location in terms safety was Good, we were so secured thumbs up except the design of road leading to your property is little bit confusing if you are first time guest more especially using GPS.

What I have noticed is parking. I struggled to get a parking for my car. Space for car parking is limited.

The hotel was clean from outside, and all the staff were very nice to us especially the lady who was working night shift at the reception during our stay, she treated us like her relatives

We slept at room 435 and the room was smelling cigarettes, the bed was not comfortable and even if the carpet was clean I think it needs to be replaced because it's a brownish carpet and has the white disturbing stains.

Quite a good location, we liked the quietness and not a busy environment since we were on holidays away from work and workload stresses. The place was extremely excellent for us, everyone in the staff was welcoming and friendly and oh yes , the breakfast was super yummy !

Nothing , there’s absolutely nothing to dislike about that place.

There was a group of sports people booked there, the noise in the corridor was insane especially because I was there with kids and we battled to sleep. Not a hotel problem but security needs to atleast attend to that, ensuring no guests are out of their rooms just talking midnight

The breakfast was great. My girlfriend enjoyed the breakfast more than I did and she wouldn't mind coming back for the breakfast cause it was good. The location is not that bad but it was far away from many things(Shops etc), but all in all it was exceptional. I can't wait to book again.

Everything was good with StayEasy there is nothing I can say it was not good but however I couldn't operate the safe. I followed the instructions but it seems like it was not working. Other than that, everything was great.

i loved the receptionist especially thandy and her team who helped me secure an adaptor compatible with my laptop. going extra mile to assist me was so amasing. infact iwill recommend my friends from uganda whenever they are visiting unisa to make use of this facility

the safe in my room that had mulfunctioned but it was later rectified.
