Excellent central location for all we needed, also secure underground parking that is worth paying extra for, especially as only a 2 night stay. Room well equipped with kitchenette & even a balcony, although unfurnished. Very comfortable bed too.

Secure parking is a bonus, but a bit tricky! Beware the need to check in to obtain access fob first, but nowhere really to park up to do that! There are a few 20 min timed bays on the one way street, but always had cars in them. We drove around twice back onto major roads. In the end, left partner shunting the car in & out of the way in front of car park access/exit as necessary whilst I checked in to get the fob!!

We thought we had the same rooms as when we stayed there before but we didn't and they were tiny - hardly room to get around the bed! Luckily we literally slept there this time and didn't really need to spend any time in the room Last time we had a comfort studio, this time it was a business studio.

Very central. Easy access to the historic district. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby giving a lively and friendly atmosphere to the streets in the evening. Lots of shops, and close to buzzy Halle Vauban. Easy access to the train station, city buses as well as inter city buses. The Appart-Hotel is very well managed, super clean, the studios are a good size, with efficient air con. The no-nonsense team runs the hotel efficiently.

Not a fan of the room key showing the room number and hotel address. This is mitigated by the code to access entry outside of the opening times.

Right in the heart of Perpignan but quiet location. Nice balcony overlooking the castle. Small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, hobs, glasses, cutlery. Short walk to river and old town with good restaurants and tapas bars. Good strip of bars/restaurants next door for watching rugby quarter finals in fan-zone set-up. Pleasant 20 minute walk to train station for trips to Collioure and beaches.

The check-in process was very quick, the room was clean and the kitchenette was sufficient for our 1 night stay. The parking situation might be a bit tricky in the area if you want to park on the street, especially if you're not there on Sunday. We travelled with our 2 small dogs and we didn't have any issues.

We were lucky enough to get the top floor, with an amazing view of the old city from the balcony. Room was comfortable, lots of space, close to the old centre, and it was really good value. Staff v helpful.

Would have liked tea/ coffee in room. Apart from that, all good!

The 2 Reception Team members I met were brilliant - super helpful, and the Cleaning Team very friendly too. I can only recommend this appart'hotel and I will use it again each time I come back.

The private parking (18 euros for 24 hours) is accessible only until 7 pm (reception closing time) at arrival, please plan your arrival and reach out to the hotel to make sure you have a reserved space

Location is close to town, but not noisy. Room A/C was brilliant for the days ot was approaching 40C. On-site parking meant hiring a car was far more viable

Bed was on the firm side. Little extra cleanliness in bathroom would have gone a long way.

Location was great, everything was ok, not excellent but a solid "good". I was satisfied and would come again.

The mattress was quite soft, had back pain next day.
