The staff! Nino at the front desk and the owner were very kind and welcoming. They even rang me up an hour after my estimated arrival time to check if I'm all right when my arrival was delayed. This was a very thoughtful gesture that is unheard of! The road to Mestia is known to be notorious. It was very kind of the hotel to take the trouble ringing me up to find out if I was okay. Nino is lovely. She's kind and very friendly. I love the lounge/ bar area the most. It has a homely feel to it and has great views overlooking the watch towers. The rooms are great too. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and good views.

I wish breakfast could be served at the lounge/the bar where there's fantastic views, especially because I was the only one at the hotel. The dining downstairs is just surrounded by 4 walls.

This hotel definitely was one of our favourite stays during our Georgia travels. Since the weather was a bit too unpredictable to do the Mestia-Ushguli hike, we decided to alter our plans and look for a place in Mestia as a base for both relaxing and day hikes. Hotel Lahili was perfect for this! It’s located in a quiet area only a few minutes walk outside of busy Mestia centre. The room was cozy, well-maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. But what made our stay most rememberable was the friendly and helpful staff. They even checked up on us during one of our hikes to see if all was okay. So sweet! Breakfast was extensive and very good! Also, do yourself a favor and eat at the on-site restaurant. Some of the best local Georgian foods we had in the country, cooked and served by two lovely ladies who make you feel right at home. We’ll be back!!

The best part of the hotel is the service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and cater to every request. They coordinated all our transportation needs, and the driver they provided was phenomenal. We left them as if we were family. When we return to Mestia, there is no doubt we will stay there again because of the warm welcome and familiarity of the staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated. New. Modern. Comfortable. Centrally located. Great view from the terrace and the rooms. The rooms are spacious, well organised and the bed and pillows ard very comfortable. We had the Lux room and there was a huge bath tub.. The room was clean and the towels were very very nice. The Lahili hotel has a great restaurant. We had dinner there. Everything was delicious.

Lisa and staff were incredibly helpful efficient and welcoming. Views from the room were wonderful.

Dining at the restaurant wasnt great with the wrong food coming, and very bland tasting food compared with others in the area. The lift was not working so we had to carry heavy bags up 3 floors. The breakfast area seemed unfinished with cables hanging out and cement walls similar to a multi story carpark. The bright exterior light shone directly into our room at night time (Lisa did switch the light off for us for one of the 4 nights which was helpful)

Amazing atmosphere and cute design! We were a group of 10 people and we got the whole wing of the building which was very nice and comfortable. The amenities were ready. The bed was nice and clean. If we could hang out at the shared facilities with our own food and drinks would be so perfect because it was so cute. (Though i understand the risk of it being like a frat house)

The shower for some rooms are not divided to wet and dry area. The whole bathroom is wet after the first person showered.

I liked everything at this hotel. hotel personal was so friendly, smiley and on good sense familiar, that despite of being in one of the big facilities of Mestia, I felt here at home. Hotel has maybe the best view on Mestia's medieval architecture and the mountains around. The hotel additionally has a cozy restaurant, where I had the best belgian waffle with ice cream, on it's back door and a sauna where I got some high relaxation after busy free-ride skiing day. In a bar, Davit was fantastic young man to communicate, he has some amazing local knowledge as he is also a local guide and an expert of Svanetian trails and culture. Special thanks to him for everything and for making the Best cuba-libre cocktails I ever had in my life and even grandpa Fidel Castro would be proud of it :) Thank you "hotel Lahili" for making my holydays so, so special. I will definitely come back as soon as I can.

We decided to go for a suite and we were happily surprised to enter a spotless clean, very comfortable and spacious apartment with extraordinary views on the mountains and the towers of Mestia. We loved the wooden mountain atmosphere of the hotel and we also organized our excursions with the reception. Staff was always willing to help which is a plus in Georgia where we had frustrating experiences in more than one places.

To say something, coffee needs to be improved. Although the shower is nice in design with hot water, expect the bathroom to turn very quickly into a swimming pool…

The staff was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and kind. They were really helpful in arranging taxis and doing our laundry. The room was comfortable and clean with a fabulous view. The bar in the hotel made coffee just as I like it!

I would have loved it if the pancakes, french toast etc at breakfast could have been freshly cooked and warm. Also some fresh fruit would have been welcome. It would also have been nice if we could have bought some light snacks from the bar - perhaps sandwiches or similar.p - at lunchtime when we came in tired from hiking.

Comfortable clean hotel with balconies with views, in quiet street a few minutes walk from the centre. Had a lounge bar and terrace as well. Lisa in reception was really great, friendly, enthusiastic and full of great advice and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. She made a huge difference to our enjoyment of our trip!

The breakfast was underwhelming given the overall level of the property.
