Good location, good breakfast choice but not included with the rooms. Good size rooms and clean.

Need to use more treatment for mosquitoes in the hotel and rooms. Several tickets in the restaurants were wrongly attached to my room as people gave the wrong room number. There is expectation from the restaurant staff to be tipped everytime which is unusual in the other places.

A perfect experience that exceeded even our expectations. We spent 9 days in Lula in October with a young child (15 months). Besides the beautiful accommodation (both interior and exterior), all the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and motivated. The people staying at Lula or coming to the beach were pleasant, and we had no negative encounters with anyone. We had the same experience with the staff at La Zebra, which belongs to the same hotel group, focusing more on Mexican cuisine and offering a different vibe. La Zebra also has a children's menu, which may be the only suggestion I have for Lula. For those who find the menu at Lula expensive, I recommend not staying on Tulum Beach at all, as prices at Lula are actually comparable to other restaurants in the area, which are of lower quality. Compared to the surrounding market, I believe the prices are set fairly. I definitely recommend rooms with a kitchenette for families with young children, even though the room includes a kettle and a small refrigerator.

This stunning hotel is calm and clean, and right on the beach. The staff are magnificent and the design and layout of the place means everything is easily accessible. We have 2 small kids and it was really easy for us to navigate from pool to restaurant to beach. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool was wonderful for us and we saw it cleaned daily. The restaurant has some of the tastiest meals we ate, and it was hands down the best breakfast around. It is located next to La Zebra where you can enjoy Mexican food, and another pool at no charge as the two hotels have the same owners. It is on the quieter end but walkable to all the main highlights of the Hotel Zone, shopping, restaurants, food trucks. The turn down service with the flask of herbal tea and little chocolates was a charming touch. There is yoga and a handful of other wellness activities. A highlight was the massage.

If you're staying on the beach side, the sand naturally gets everywhere, but the staff do a great job cleaning twice with the turn down service.

Amazing rooms, staff, food, juices, massages, beach beds...the whole place is a must for relaxing time in Tulum. If you plan to party, count in like 10 min walk to party places, but here you can enjoy peace and quiet.

I cannot find one thing I dont like...and I consider myself bit demanding guest.

It has a beautiful beach, friendly and very mindful staff, clean rooms and is located close to great restaurants.

Our room was on the so-called „jungle“ side, and there was a loud generator with noise all night. Opening doors for fresh air was impossible because of that noise and even with closed doors you would hear the noise all night. Get a room on the beach side if possible. Most beach lounges were reserverad by other guests, which was a bit weird, as the process was not clear and we had to take lounges that only had limited sun protection. The prices at the beach for drinks and food are a bit over the roof.

Excellent location on a stunning part of the beach, with plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk but without the noise of the beach clubs further up the beach. Rooms are just as nice as they look online. The restaurant is good albeit the menu is fairly limited (and no kid's menu or smaller portions available), so we mostly ate lunch at the restaurant at sister hotel La Zebra next door, which is excellent (Lula guests can also use their pool and small children's playground). Staff are friendly and gave us some good local recommendations.

In-line with the area in general, prices are very high, especially for breakfast and drinks (stock up at the shop 5 minutes walk away!)

We loved the location, view, room that included a straw beach bag, yoga mats, umbrella’s, daily turn-down service, filtered water, staff’s willingness the help with whatever we needed including bringing a fresh ice bucket, and making incredible recommendations for anything and everything. I loved the yoga room (the view was to die for) and the variety of Wellness classes available each day. We also loved the beach beds with pillows that were so incredibly comfortable and convenient to our room, with the perfect view of the ocean! The food was always delicious and the lemonades were all to die for!

The mattress and pillows. The mattress was SUPER hard, and the pillows were way too thick and caused both my husband and I difficulty sleeping, as well as sore necks. We asked for additional pillows that were softer but still way too thick. We also didn’t like that all of the Wellness classes were additional charges, and that the food and drinks were so expensive.

A warm friendly welcome, beautiful yoga Shaka and beach. We were given an upgrade on arrival and the Sanara beachfront is wonderful. We loved our room decor and all the little touches!

We did have a cockroach encounter in our upper floor room, we only stayed one night and my husband was able to shoo it out the door. I let reception know. I also didn’t appreciate that the beach staff didn’t stop people (non paying guests from hotel or restaurant) from walking up and laying towels on the floor next to the guest beach beds and of course they gradually migrated onto the beds when no one told them it was private.

Great location at the beach in Tulum (but if you are staying there, you must know that there is heavy traffic jam at nights - specially Friday and Saturday) due to the busy location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant was fairly good (but pricey as everything in Tulum), we had breakfast there 2 days and dinner 1 day, but there is also other very good options close, I`d recommend to try others. The beach club was very good, with sofas and comfortable places.

Beach towels at room were not really towels, could be better. Could have a clothes rack to put wet beachwear. When we were there, the beach had some Sargasso which is not their fault (but I don`t think they clean that as other hotels do), it didn`t impact on our lovely stay and we were able to enjoy the sea though.

Amazing staff, Location and Room !! Really better than other close Hotel that are considered 4 stars!!! This is a 6 stars hotel compared!!! The room is on the sand, 20 steps from the beach and the Hotel restaurant is wonderful with his nice terrace over the Caribbean sea! They serve breakfast, lunch and diner, really use full for us, doing excursion all day long and want to eat something at the back. Really I can't say nothing bad of this place, I loved every thing and I will back next year! Thanks. Gabriele and Family.

The pillow of the bed are really good but too soft....., personally I prefer it harder. It is a really personal opinion, the place is Amazing!!! Go there!!! Impossible to regret!
