Breakfast was great and the A/C was cold! The room is big and super clean. Our view was great and the price was great. The room had a full size hair dryer, microwave and mini refrigerator and a balcony with a sea side view.

Our ceiling fan did not work. The balcony is very tight, but I am sure nothing can be done about it.

The water pressure was lacking in the shower. Dog park had tons of mosquitos and smelled of sewer. I paid for a beach view room to just have a tower in front of my balcony.

I loved the room space and it smelled clean when we walked in. The room was right outside from the pool area and great to sit outside and enjoy the weather and see the view. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we had questions about the facilitys. Loved that access to the beach was just within walking distance and loved the happy hour that would go on between 3-6 pm for the drinks. The complimentary breakfast was great and was so good and even had staff make fresh omelets.

Really didnt have any complaints. The beds were extra firm and a little uncomfortable but other than that no issues.

the staff from the managers, front desk to the cleaning they were very accommodating. We were traveling with a four month old baby when we couldn't find a parking space, the building maintenance man gave us his. They were that good.

1. Location - perfect, right on the beach across from Birding & Nature Center 2. Service staff - attentive, hard working, accommodative, fast responsive. Must recognize amazing Housekeeping ladies & Dining food service staff. However, omelet station folks make faces if you don't tip (better bring some dollar bills). 3. Room size - much bigger relative to what one typically sees (king size room facing ocean) 4. Room safe (vault) - easy to use + huge, will lock your computers, tables, wallets, etc. Very nice feature. 5. Dining room - plenty of space, including busy weekends 6. Breakfast - not bad

1. Property - not just dated, but really old without required maintenance. Rust all over. 2. Old squeaky uncomfortable bed 3. Parking - limited (issue on the weekends) and poorly lit. It appears safe though. No incidents though. 4. Gym - no air circulation, stuffy, difficult to breathe even with A/C blowing cold 5. Swimming pool - not just dirty, but the water feels oily. 6. Balcony- tiny, no space

Everything was great. We liked the room we got. Double queen room with seaside view. It was great. That room can fit 4-6 people. It came with a sofa bed as well & balcony seats. The breakfast was great and different each day. The entire 4th floor is reserved for the breakfast buffet. The hotel includes a small gift shop store, Starbucks and a restraunt/bar. The pool was closed however they said we can go to the hotel next door which was great. The hotel also had access to the beach which was easy to access. Right across the street from the hotel is great tourists attractions like the dolphin watch and sea turtles rescues.

The location and staff. I love that it's beach front, and in between Barry's Bistro and Clayton's. Lots of patio deck area to hang out We also love the fireworks show on the weekends. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

You can only dine in for breakfast. My kids are late risers, and would have taken breakfast to them in the room. Also, the pool is a bit run down. We came last year when it was La Quinta, and was hoping it might have had some upgrades/renovations to the property with the new name.

The manager, Mike & his staff at the front desk are super friendly. His staff hustled from the time I got there Friday to Sunday morning. 24 hours of smiles & all staff had answers to my questions. The 2 people, a young lady & young working in the gift shop, were super sweet. The women in housekeep were super friendly & helpful. Tending to my & grandbabies needs. Hustled on keeping the floors and elevators clean and dry as people came in from the pool & beach. Breakfast was great & cooking staff waited on you hand and foot. Felt bad didn't have tip money for everyone. Daniel on Saturday in BARRY BAR & GRILL super friendly. Catered to my grandbabies & family. He carried the food out to us on the patio, which is well shaded by the way with the ocean breeze. There was another young man on Friday also super friendly and helpful. Reminded me of my 26 year old son. They made us feel at home. Washer, dryer & vending machines on every floor. Everyone worked together like a family. Delivering food to room & so much more. WE WERE TRUELY BLESSED

Location, staff and facilities. Breakfast is a very small buffet, but it was delicious. The omelette station is a hidden gem, because you are not able to see it until after you grab some other choices. But if you know it's there beforehand, well, it's a win.

It is a pet friendly hotel and I'm allergic to some (and do not like others). It was my fault for not checking this fact, but it did affect the enjoyment of my vacation. And the parking lot is used by people that are NOT guests (for the access to the beach) and it was extremely difficult to find a spot, especially Saturday and Sunday. The TV in my room was an older model, and not smart, so I resorted to watching cable. But because it was an older TV, half of the channels were not accessible. It needs to be modernized.
