location right off if the interstate made it easy to come and go

Apparently day staff had their kids there. I love kids but when they're all over the place doing cartwheels in the dining area and sleeping or hanging out in the computer room they honestly need to go home. staff not very attentive either. Maybe Hilton needs to provide a daycare for their employees or they need to put the kids in a room not the common areas.

The breakfast was better than we expected. Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Fresh fruit and pantries. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance. We were traveling with two grandsons and choice this location so that they could enjoy the pool. The staff reduced the price of the room. We found a nearby trampoline park and the boys had more fun there, as well as expended more energy.

Breakfast was a delight with just enough variety. I loved the coffee and tea in the lobby. I love the small ducks and appreciate that the $1 goes to charity.

Only once glitch and the desk assured me it would be fixed. The drain in the tub wouldn’t secure.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean .

We had a room with 2 queen beds but only a single bedside table between them. An additional side table for each bed would have been helpful, along with outlets, for CPAP devices or charging phones.

I like the cleanliness , comfortable bed, my room was near ice machine and elevator, friendly staff

I wish they had served bacon or sausage for breakfast. it was eggs and biscuits and gravy. where's the meat?

The hotel manager was exceptional. I believe her name was Julie. The cleanliness of the hotel, dining area and our room were tops. The lobby was very nice if you wanted to just sit and relax in it with family or friends.

The breakfast was great and satisfying. It was properly varied for most taste and preferences.

The next room occupants were rowdy and very loud throughout the night making it difficult for a good night's sleep. This was unacceptable! The hotel must control these types of guests.

The breakfast provided was better than anywhere I've ever stayed! So many choices and very good quality. Room was exceptional and staff was super friendly. Definitely staying there again.

Everything was great. No complaints at all.

I got checked in before I even got there, that was awesome. The staff was exceptional. They love what they do and it showed.

With respect, the beds were too hard. That is probably my only gripe

They had an excellent breakfast. Everything was clean and Julie at the front desk was very friendly. I think for a suburb of Chicago the price was reasonable for four people.
