Sorry. We didn't eat breakfast in the Hotel. The location was great. Close to everything. Station, Restuarants, Shopping. The room was set out nicely. toilet separate to bathroom. Sink in the room to wash cups and dishes separately. Cleanliness and hygiene a very high standard. Staff very friendly. Had a good experience staying here. Would stay here again if we came back to Japan.

Check in time could be earlier. Check in time was 15.00. We had to travel by train from Narita to Ebina so it took a few hours anyway. Not too much of a problem.

I did have the breakfast and while it was satisfactory, I would have to simply say, it was pretty basic, but good enough. It definitely catered more to a Japanese traveler vs. a western traveler, but I didn’t expect the Four Seasons anyway, so it did the trick. The restaurant area was just adjacent and opposite the front desk area, was quiet and comfortable enough. I don’t remember if I paid extra for the breakfast or if it came with the room I booked, but either way you’re paying for it - therefore if you’re really keen on getting in a quick and easy breakfast in the mornings, it’s probably worth it, otherwise just as well you could skip - especially if you are expecting pancakes and French toast and omelette a cooked to order - there was none of that, just some fried eggs and a bunch of Japanese pickled veggies and the like.

Helpful staff with 24 hour reception. A lot of amenities with eco mindset, they provide necessary stuff in your room (towel, shower set, hand cleansing foam) but for what some customers may bring their own, can be shopped at lobby area (shaver, toothbrush, etc). The room is equipped by faux leather slippers, single-use slippers, and my favourite is bathrobe-like sleeping suit. More to love, they separate toilet and bathroom, I mean, separating rooms. The hotel is in superb location with convenient store and two Izakayas next to the place. It is kind of in the heart of Ebina, 2 min walk to train station, supermarket, eco market (weekends) and surrounded by malls (Shoppers, AEON, IOIOI) and more restaurants near train station. Life is so easy there.

Staff hardly speak English but they are truly helpful. The room is a bit small but understandable as it is Japan. However, bed is too soft for men and felt backache after woke up.

Hotel Vista is located in a super convenient location, minutes walk to Ebina station, and supermarkets/shopping centers. The room is super clean, and bed is extremely comfortable.

The chair was too soft, and not tall enough, it kinda hurt my back lol. But it is not a big deal

Super close to Ebina station which is a rapid express stop on Odakyu line which goes directly to Shinjuku. Within 5 minutes walking distance from Lala port (big modern shopping mall) and Vinawalk (older but sprawling walking mall). They do have 2 coin laundry machines and 2 coin driers. Paid laundry service is also available. Beds are specious and comfortable. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. House keeping staff is meticulous. Most guests are super quiet and I had no problem sleeping. I could not hear any street level noise on the 8th floor. I stayed for about 3 weeks for work and it was definitely worth the money. Fantastic value.

Complete western gripe so take this with a grain of salt; rooms are a little small. Do not be surprised. For the money, it’s worth it.

Breakfast was extra for me, but very good with plenty of Western and Japanese choices. Coffee machine excellent. Staff was helpful.

For an American, the room was awkward, with a separate shower/Japanese bath; separate claustaphobic toilet; and the sink/vanity was next to the desk in the hotel room. Very small and difficult to maneuver with luggage. No closet; no drawers or shelves. Just 3 hangers on the wall which seemed typical for hotels in and around Tokyo. In my opinion, the hotel was over-rated.

You can see this hotel from Ebina station! Just a quick 3 minute walk from the station and great shopping and reaturaunts at Lalaport! Check in was a breeze and the front office staff were so nice and greeted me every time I entered or left the hotel! The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are pretty spacious! Nice, big windows and I had a view of the street and the station! I stayed here for 2 nights, and every time house cleaning came, the lady lined up my beauty products neatly on the sink and even folded up a pair of my socks that I accidentally threw on the ground! Their staff truly go above and beyond! This hotel is a great value, and so clean and modern! I’d definitely stay here again!

It challenges your faith in the hotel a little bit. The elevator seemed to have a wooden plank over the floor with many scratches and scuff marks on the walls. And the hallways seemed unsettling like it was haunted. BUT, once you enter the room you are met with a clean modern design, and a comforting vibe. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the view was eloquent. The restroom was quite small even for a 5 foot-8 inch man, but the shower and bathtub was very spacious! You also had some extra toiletries at your disposal. It is your average business hotel for a great price.

The elevator was quite sketchy and unsettling, much more than the hallway to the room. As for the room, the only thing i didnt like was how small the restroom was. Oh, and youtube didnt work too well on the TV. But still a great hotel if you are looking to unwind and relax in a great area too!
