I had a very enjoyable overnight stay with a friend and two little doggies. This is a family run hotel, with the staff personal and engaging. Everbody made us feel welcome, trying in English and my broken Spanish, we got along perfectly well!. Tesla destination charger available for my EV meant we could start the next day with a full "tank". Dinner in the restaurant was good quality French cuisine, with two delightful and friendly ladies taking care of us (with the help of Google translate). No effort was too much for the staff to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel fronts onto a large lake that was perfect for a sundowner stroll with the dogs. While some reviewers complained about the size of the rooms, these were entirely adequate for an overnight stay on a road trip, clean and comfortable beddings with quality linen. We will be back on our return journey.

I don’t see how they could improve except for a more comfortable bed, but that is obviously only my opinion and we only stayed one night. Definitely

Setting was wonderful with patio/ restraunt/ pool overlooking the local lake.Wonderful to walk around in an eveing. Room was very comfortable, if the decor was a little dated, but no issue, and a big plus that the aircon was easy to work! Dinner was really good, and service was excellant.

Only thing you could have asmall grumble was it was a buffet breakfast only; but this is a very very minor point.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, on the edge of the town, near the lake where there are beautiful walks. The swimming pool was also beautiful. The hotel also offers electric car charging

Dinner was excellent good menu and good service Shower smelt damp because wateroverflowed because the shower tray was too shallow. Swimming pool good was a bonus on a hot day.

The staff were wonderful, they spoke more English than I did French and the food was delicious 😋 a good stopover place.

Bedroom needs refurbishment. Bathroom lean but desperately needs updating. Mix matched tiles on walls and floor. Only one towel.

The room was comfortable,very quiet and with a welcome provision of a kettle and refreshments. The rear of the premises gives access to a very pleasant area of parkland and a lake. The quality of the meals in the restaurant was very good.
