The location of the hotel is exactly opposite to Hauptbahnhof and near to bus stops, that makes it easy to commute. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a good stay.

1. The shower door wasn’t closing properly and due to that, all the water was coming out on the floor. In short, the bathroom floor was all wet after showering. 2. The toilet is exactly opposite to the wash basin and there is very little space between both so it’s uncomfortable for some people.

The hotel is located next to the main railway station and very close to the old town and all the main attractions of the town, but the sourrandings are not noisy at all. It is located in an old tenement house, which is beautifully renovated. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are very tasty and good. The hotel has its parking (additional payment, but not that expensive) so the guests do not have to worry to find parking place on the street. The location is really good base for day trips to see the beautifull Rugen island.

Everything was good.

Hotel is in a good, convenient location. Although there is no A/C the rooms are fairly cold anyway (a fan is provided). The rooms also seems to be fairly recently refurbished so condition is good overall (2024).

Pillows are a bit strange (seems like a German thing?) in that they are very big and have to be folded up. I would suggest the hotel replaces these with standard size pillows.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, great location next to the station, good value for money. Electric water kettle and instant coffee, sugar, milk and tea bags available!

There is a gap between the shower doors, so the whole floor gets wet after showering. But hey, it dries overnight. And the rest of the stay and all other things in the room were fantastic! 👍🏻

Beautiful old building in a great location! Situated between the train station and the old town. Easy to catch a train from Stralsund to Rügen to explore the island. Clean and comfortable. After-hours check-in with the key box went smoothly.

- staff was really friendly - nice and convenient breakfast - good reachable location at the main station - nice building with high ceilings - wifi was good, high internet speed

- the comfort in the hotel room could be a little increased, e.g. there was a big washing bassin in the hotel room which was lacking in the restroom - the price for the breakfast with 15 euro was quite high

Across the street from the train station, this hotel was very convenient for us and offered good value for money! Comfortable beds in a big, high ceiled, pleasant and clean room. Breakfast was basic but good. Be aware that the downtown area is some distance away. We had bikes but otherwise you're in for a longer walk or a bus ride.

Difficult to sit upright in the beds due to an inconvenient shelf just where you want to keep your head/neck.

Despite being right across from the central station and next to a busy road, the room was very quiet. 10min walk into town or to footpaths along the ponds. So beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the key security system worked great, and it was all very relaxed and easy.

While the shower had a lovely water pressure, there was a huge gap on the the bottom of the shower door which we could not close. So, we flooded the bathroom each time which was not so nice.

This was perfect place to stay for one night before leaving on the train (station is right cross the street.) I believe the rooms have been recently modernized - there was an electric kettle and instant coffee in the room, comfortable beds, an updated bathroom, new furniture and flooring. It was spotless.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, and the breakfast room exceptionally pleasant. The bedroom was good, and nice to have en suite bathroom.

The shower doors were not correctly installed (I think to do them correctly would have been difficult) and as a result water poured onto the floor of the bathroom when the shower was used.
