The room was absolutely lovely - very stylish, with a really comfortable bed and everything we needed to have an exceptionally comfortable stay. The location was great, so quiet and peaceful and yet very near to other amenities and transport links. The room overlooks a wonderful garden & we were beautifully looked after by our super host, Judi. The breakfast was delicious and was served to us in our room, which made it so personal. We are both looking forward to our next stay there in a few weeks time.

A beautiful barn annexe!. Tastefully decorated, clean, stylish facilities with a wonderful view of the lovely garden. Ideal for business users, free WiFi and a superb place to work or relax in peace. I have stayed at over 300 places. This is top 5. Judi was wonderfully attentive and accommodating. You’ll love it!!

I can’t fault it really. The only thing I can think of (and this is being almost unnecessarily ‘picky’) is maybe the car parking area could be better lit on arrival?. To be fair, it was bad weather when I arrived. Won’t stop me going back though!. Love this place, love Judi too.

This was our second stay & it was just as lovely as the first time. The accommodation is excellent, the bed is really comfortable & the location is beautifully quiet with a stunning view over the immaculate garden. Nothing is too much trouble from the very welcoming & friendly host & the breakfast (served in the room) is exceptional. We have already booked our next stay there & really look forward to our return visit.

Absolutely nothing!

Willow Barn was perfect for our few days stay in Somerset. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable…..we wanted for nothing! There was space for everything in a separate ‘room’ ,which had microwave, fridge and freezer, which meant we could ‘eat in’ at night. Bathroom was well equipped and shower ‘super’! large table and chairs in the room for breakfast which was brought to us……and it was THE best breakfast ! The room looked out over an immaculate garden with outdoor seating. The bed was comfortable , and we slept like logs! a good fan ensured we were cool on the warm days! we wanted for nothing, we loved it here.

The garden that the room looks out on was stunning, which is available for you to use. The area was very tranquil and a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or bite to eat on a summers evening. It had everything you would need for a comfortable nights sleep, including a small fridge, microwave and plates/cutlery for those that don't want to dine out, with a large supermarket only a 5 minute drive away. The host Judi was very friendly and helpful.

Some might say the furniture/cupboards are a bit dated/basic, but this did not detract from the overall positives of the stay in any way, as the furniture within the room was everything that was needed for a short stay.

I love the fact that the host before I even stepped foot at Willow Barn was attentive and kind. I travelled 6 hours for work with a delayed train. I was going to arrive after checkout hours and had already paid in advance, was stressed about signal issues and not being able to get hold of the host to explain. Also anxious this could be marked as a "no show". Then I get a phone call at about 830 from the host, asking how I am. I tell her my issues and she tells me not to worry...there's a carpark reserved for me, gave me directions and key codes to get into the building an my room. And told me I could call her anytime if need be...she even asked me what I wanted for breakfast and what time 😭❤️ Amazing stay amazing host!

This is a lovely location in a quiet village. The property has a good size car park and beautiful gardens to the rear. I was warmly greeted by Judi and I felt straight at home. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang my clothes in a walk in wardrobe. In the fridge was a litre of milk for the tea and coffee. The bathroom had a large shower and the towels were of a high quality. Breakfast was served in my room and it was excellent. It was altogether a very enjoyable stay and I wished I could have remained longer. Judi was the perfect host and I look forward to returning later in the year.

You have to be careful pulling out into the lane from the car park.

Wow, by far the best B&B i have ever stayed at. Beautiful room with everything having been thought of. Table and chairs, a sofa, huge walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a big shower. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge with milk and a microwave. Even a wine glass and cutlery for bringing your tea back to the room. Breakfast was amazing too and brought to your room by the lovely owner at a pre-agreed time. The large bed was so comfortable and I have never slept so well whilst away from home. Not a sound either, so so peaceful. I would choose to stay here over a hotel any day and will recommend it to everyone.

The property was stunning! Our room was well laid out and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed and seating were very comfortable. The view of the garden was amazing. We enjoyed having breakfast served in our room and both continental and cooked versions were delicious and generous.

Nothing. Everything was to a very high standard and the owner was delightful.

There was nothing not to like, Judy was a fabulous host with a stunning home that we felt at home in. Within minutes of arriving and seeing my name on a designated parking spot we felt so relaxed and the views of the beautiful garden was an added bonus. The microwave was a nice extra. The breakfast Judy provided was plentyful and of a very high quality. Without a doubt we will return and we will also be recommending Judy to all our friends.
