They are pet friendly, charged PER ROOM and not per pet. So it is very convenient for my family and for everyone who takes their pets on vacations. Also very good value money wise, therefor i will only do bussiness with them in Hinton. Spacious room, very comfy. Very well taken care of property. Polite and smiling staff. Lots of parking spots. The lobby is clean. They also have a pool and a hot tub that i did not go to but it seems like a lot of family did enjoy it. The breakfast was amazing, the hot plates were full, it tasted delicious. Will go back to that place for sure 😁

Hotel is in a good location. Staff is awesome! We arrived at night and got a room with noisy heater, but as soon we mentioned it to the reception, they found very quiet room and transferred us right away. We have to extend our stay for a couple more days and a lady at the reception gave us a discount what was very thoughtful. Liked a small but very well equiped gym. The grossery store right accross the hotel. Breakfast was a bonus and it had some variety for choosing. Room was clean and janitorial team daily provided full service in the room as well: tidied up the room, replaced towels, made a bed, coffee, etc, what rarely you can see at the hotel now days. In the lobby they daily served coffee and a water. Very appreciate it! Thank you!

Was clean and comfortable especially after waiting for a ferry for 5 hrs then driving from Vancouver island to Hinton.

Your cleaning staff. We had left a water bottle in the room so my mother had gone back up to check she asked the cleaning staff if they could let her in a room quick to check and while walking there they were talking to themselves about room 311 being sleeping beauty’s and how maybe we should go to bed at 10 like them. My mother then said room 311 please and they got quiet. Your check out is 11 we were out before 11. We were exhausted from my grandmothers passing and the long trip back I wouldn’t have been as nice as my mother was about it.

Enjoyed our stay and the price made it affordable for us to enjoy a good night sleep for our quick stay. Hot breakfast included is always a must when we book a room.

Breakfast was clearing before 10 as stated and felt rushed to finish and leave. They had a sign stating we could not take food out of dining area so even eating in our room would have been better and more enjoyable or just grabbing a muffin for the road is always nice if in a hurry so this rule was not very accommodating. If breakfast is included it shouldn’t matter if we eat on the go or in our room. Disappointed.

Me and my husband stayed at Ramada for a night during our week long tour of Alberta. We didnt know what to expect but we were amazingly surprised by our experience. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were a bonus. The location was ideal as its right on the highway between Edmonton and Jasper. A great place to stay for anyone travelling to Jasper. . It was great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, price is reasonable, room comfortable, breakfast included and having a mini-fridge and microwave. Location on the west side of Hinton was easy access to Jasper National Park during our 2-night stay. I would recommend this hotel. Be sure to check out Gus's Pizza and Greek restaurant, we ordered Gus's special, was the best pizza, and friendly owner.

Breakfast was efficient, Room was quiet and clean. Great Value. Great Shower.

Even though AC/Heat unit was shut off it would roar for 30-45 seconds every hour or so.. Blinds were broken. Stairwell and some common arreas were covered with small rocks I assume tracked in from ice control chips/sand.

Huge Queen Suite with separate bedroom and living area is perfect for me and my teenage son. Room is huge and very comfortable for a fantastic price - MUCH cheaper then staying in Jasper.

The climate control units are quite noisy, in my opinion, but they might not bug everyone.

Average hotel, but nice enough to stay again. Breakfast was simple, but we experienced the same also in more expensive hotels in Canada. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Since we were travelling with the car, we loved the free parking in front of hotel. Next to the hotel there's shopping mall and alcohol shop.

The breakfast was simple, but you always find something to help you start the day.

Liked the breakfast included with the stay.Wifi. Close to all amenities needed. Hour from jasper. At a fraction of the cost. Pool for the kids.

We stayed here before on vacation and beds were good. This time our beds were not comfortable. But overall a great spot.
