Very comfortable beds, great breakfast , lots of options, friendly professional staff, room was spacious, nice pool and hot tub, plenty of towels for the pool, cold a/c, hot water, had a desk in our room to work on my laptop!

floor could've been vacuumed a little better on our arrival, they left one wet towel hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door on arrival, we put in a special request for extra towels and no feather pillows when we made our reservations but I guess they didn't get the memo. It wasn't a problem just had to ask for more towels and my daughter had brought her own hypoallergenic pillow with her.

I choose to stay at this hotel every quarter while visiting Savannah for work. I love the location, the breakfast and the staff. The rooms are always clean and bright although the lighting could be a tad bit better, and the fan in the bathroom is quite noisy. Overall, I can always rely on this hotel being up to my standards.

I have stayed on two occasions where the weather has been extreme and don’t really like the fact that there is no garage, also because of the location I feel like the cars are sitting ducks to potential thievery.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a nice sitting and desk area. The bed is comfortable. It is helpful to have a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave and sink.

I stayed for two weeks on business and the business center (which was one computer) was out of order for the entire two weeks.. I was counting on being able to print documents. Also I was surprised when I arrived that my room was dirty. Not just dusty (which it was) but I had to wipe off all the surfaces like the bedside tables and the kitchen counter because they were dirty. The fridge and the front of some of the drawers actually had something crusty on them. The phone was filthy. The ironing board pad was so wrinkled that it wrinkled anything I ironed. And the closet door was off its track.

the hotel overall was excellent the rooms was clean the beds was comfortable and the people was friendly but they forgot to mention that I had to put an insurance deposit down when I book so I end up having to pay $170 for insurance that won't be refunded to me until 2 weeks that really made me upset because they should have mentioned it when I first checked in but they didn't and I didn't read it anywhere on booking stating that we had to have an insurance deposit down but overall the state was great

The location was great and king bed was comfortable

The sofa bed/ futon was very uncomfortable. The hotel ran out of extra blankets second night. The toilet paper holder was on the opposite wall from the toilet and required you lend over and stretch Yourself out to reach it.

The hotel was very clean and had a clean smell. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and I felt safe.

The only thing that we had a problem with was there were 4 people in our party and the room we booked had an occupancy of up ton5 people but when we arrived we wanted to take a shower and there was only 3 towels and 2 wash clothes in the room.

Excellent hotel for a stop while driving down I-95. Easy on/off the Interstate with plenty of restaurants nearby (Applebees, Hoolihan's, Cracker Barrel, etc) The lobby was very nice and it was easy to check-in and the staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was better than the standard microwaved omelets and was kept well stocked.

We had a king suite and the space was adequate but not large. If you had more than two people (it did have a sofa that could sleep two) it would have been very cramped.

Friendly staff greeted us. Variety for a yummy breakfast. Room set up was comfortable, clean, cozy. We liked the separate living space away from the sleeping area.

Pool sign was slid to closed while staff stated open. It smelled highly chlorinated. No other issues with our stay.

Only tried the breakfast for one of the days. It was OK! We love the location. It was closer where we needed to travel and reallyconvenient. It smelled clean! We was celebrating our anniversary. We always try to stay here when we get away from home.

We encountered a big bug on the wall by the window and a spider on the floor by the sink area.

Very convenient to everything. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the ladies that worked at were very sweet! Compliments to the chefs.

It was a little bit surprising in the pool area the pool was hot like a hot tub should have been and the hot tub was cool! So did not get to enjoy that and we're looking forward to that after a busy day. And seeing I will be 71 in August I would have liked a senior citizen discount but when I booked it I did not see a place where I could have requested.
