Do not use booking dot com to book this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always get the same 2 bed room and my confirmed reservation says 2 bed room booked and paid for in advance. I show up at hotel and was told my my reservation is now for a single bed room with no mini-fridge or microwave. Booking has a new 3rd party administrator called Hong Kong Tuyi Business travel that will basically bait and switch your room and pocket the money you paid for the big room and reassign a small crappy room. Im a VIP member and have spent tens of thousands with booking. Never again. They are rip off artist

Clean room. Fresh towels, sheets, etc. Thank you also for refunding my deposit right away. Immediate refund of deposit is very important to me. Your staff does this well. Not happy that deposit went from $50 to $100, though. Too bad that you even have to charge a deposit. But I understand since people steal property and destroy rooms in this spiritually fallen world that we live in. May God help us 🙏🙏 Love that your price is competitive, low. Perfect for me as frequent traveler. Thank you.

Overall was good. $100 deposit is steep... just please consistently refund right away, which you have thus far :))

My room was so clean!! The location is excellent, close to restaurants shops gas stations grocery stores freeways etc. I felt pretty safe there too, and the staff seem to look out for their guests as well. The staff are super friendly, so nice!

Parking isn't awesome- there are a bunch of patron-designated spots and a small parking lot out back (back lot seemed a little bit sketchy late at night!) both were full when I arrived at about 11pm. I parked at an adjacent fast food restaurant overnight. Amenities on website include hair dryer but there was no hair dryer, and the 'toiletries' was one of those tiny soaps, nothing else!

The room was clean.

No water pressure in sink or shower. Short on towels so I brought my own. AC unit is full of dust and other debri in all the rooms I have stayed in over past 6 months. Sidewalks/walkways need to be power washed. People from nearby condos are bringing over their dogs and pooping in green areas between our cars and not picking up. It would be nice if at least a microwave was provided in all rooms without having to pay an additional $30+. Doesn't cost much to do so. Had to go buy my own and lug it around. Mulch should be put down in the abundant dirt areas near the front door areas of the rooms to avoid muddy areas and it would make the property look much nicer. The property could look so cute and inviting with some TLC.

Location & ease of access to the freeway. Cleanliness of the unit and the property. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to resolving an issue with a key was probably my fault but took care of it quickly. No carpet in the unit wood flooring felt clean under my feet. Liked the fact that they had the tv plugs mounted to the front so if you were traveling with kids that brought a game system they could plug it in and play. As well as your fire stick hdmi plug on the front

Waking thru to my unit you can definitely smell cigarette smoke from some of the other units or maybe to close to the building, the toilet in my unit ran all night the last night I was there but I’m a hard sleeper didn’t bother me. And my only complaint would be the drapes don’t cover far enough to not let the light that is right out side the unit to come in the room. I had to use a towel to make it dark enough for me to get comfortable. Not units fault more my own but could use a use port on the wall with the light switch I traveled unexpectedly and forgot the wall socket to charge my phone only had the cord oops. But other places I’ve staied recently had them which made a nice accessory to the room.

Susie was an asset to the company. She has a amazing ability to handle alot of Kaos with extreme professionalism.

No coffee, no microwave. I spent alot of extra money on coffee during my stay. Couldn't even have a cup of tea in the evening.

Great value for the money up until April 1, then it became ridiculously expensive considering the quality of the property; additionally, the 14 day maximum stay limitation is a BIG problem

Great property for the value when the rooms are roughly $68 - $70; however, not so when over $200 as of April 1, and the 14 day limitation on stay is unfortunate

Extremely friendly staff I was super super impressed with Alexa and Monserrat. Close to Beach close to food, No Pool two stories reasonable rates. Couldn’t ask for more I would highly recommend it to everybody who is looking for a place to stay from all over the world or the United States the beaches are great here you could walk or even just take the bus down the street. Rooms are very clean everything you need and you can see the beach from the street.

nothing this is a great place I would highly recommend it all year round even if you just need a little getaway in the winter time and then the slow month this is the place to be I would definitely come here if I didn’t have it during the summer months.
