Pet friendly, which was a nice perk for my puppy. Room was accessible and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and welcomed the dog when we walked her. Room was spacious. The air conditioning was a fantastic treat when we returned from being out and about.

We requested that down pillows be removed from the room prior to check in but three of the four pillows on the bed were down. When we called the front desk to switch them, the phone rang with no answer, but we were able to trade pillows that I was allergic to with ones that I could use with family staying in another room, so it all worked out.

Convenient location, parking was more accessible than it looked like it might be. WE were able to park near the building, which was helpful because we had children with us. The breakfast was good and included apples and oranges.

It would have been nice to have fresh seasonal fruit. There were also no bananas, which are my son's favorite. We traveled with family for a wedding, and it would have been nice to have connecting rooms, but that was probably my fault for not requesting it.

All the staff was nice. The property was clean very convenient to the location of where I need to be. I can honestly say I really enjoyed my stay.

The woman supervising breakfast was terrific. Very kind and helpful and working hard. The food was fine but not outstanding. The front desk clerk on Friday and Saturday evening was very helpful with several requests and a great recommendation.

The bathroom tub and tile was a little grimy. The pillows were uniformly too soft.

The breakfast was great. Love to have eggs and bacon available. The staff even offered to refill coffee and juice. The pool was half indoors and half outdoors and open and in use even though the middle of winter! Wow!

There wasn't anything that we really didn't like.

Bathtub drain was marginal … despite being on the 4th floor, a simple shower resulted in ankle deep water which was very slow to exit the tub. The tub really didn’t appear to be clean.

3rd floor got a smell of dirty. Diaper Could here EVERYTHING in our bathroom from neighbor through vent. Hot tub not working Accommodations not adequate for family.. Usually a pull out sofa or something to help.. Was made. Aware at. Booking

The room was clean with no lingering odors and the beds were firm enough for not just my bad back, but for my dad's sciatic pain as well.

We stayed for only one night.

The staff here are very helpful and want to make you feel at home...and when I had a mix up with my credit card they were very patient with me and didn't keep pounding at so door wondering if figured it out yet..every single emotes set I ran into there had a smile on tnier face and was willing to help anyone there..thank you for that ladies!!!

There was nothing that I didn't like about staying at this hotel ..whenever I need to stay in a hotel or I am referring someone to a hotel I refer them to the Hampton Inn & Suits Pueblo South..

Nice staff and good breakfast.

Room next to me had TV on loud all night and could not sleep well. Beds are ready to be updated.
