beautiful location with good beach

not enough restaurants. had difficult time getting dinner reservations and had to go outside resort one night. a snack bar near beach and pool would be nice

The room was amazing. The room service was also great. Lastly the lounge made it worth the price.

It was a little too remote but the location can't be helped.

The time of breakfast changed on our last day without warning so we missed out on an already paid for breakfast before checking out for our flight.

Everything! it was an extremely nice accommodation with impeccable customer service. I stayed in the South Tower. The room was large, super clean, and comfortable with a spacious balcony that overlooked the sea. I could see the beautiful emerald green waters while lying in bed with the drapes open. I walked the beach and went to the gym (which overlooked the water) almost every day without any problems. So refreshing. I enjoyed massages on site but did not opt to have in-room massages. I enjoyed having someone else cook and clean for me daily which left more time for me to just administer self-care. I ate well thanks to room service and restaurants on-site. The hotel offered to assist with all my needs from luggage to touring and airport transportation. My room was serviced daily by two housekeepers which made it quicker and more efficient. I highly recommend this resort and hope to return someday.

During sat and Sun, we need to line up for breakfast even it is only 7 sth. It’s okay and understandable but the front desk of the restaurant staff (an old man) could be more friendly to give us the information for how long should we need to wait. However the front desk still got a good staff ( a young man) can tell us the estimated mins that we need to wait. That’s make us feel comfortable👍🏻

What an amazing luxurious resort to stay in. It was well worth every cent. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, and there are many amenities and facilities. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. There is a zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, private beach with free towels, and you can rent several things like jetski's.

Amazing room. Very good bed, bathroom, view, service, location to the beach. Very family friendly.

We were limited to one restaurant as the resort was hosting an event for a large number of teenagers who, although well behaved, were very evident throughout the resort during our stay.

Everything was amazing! The food at breakfast, the food at the senses restaurant in the evening, the beach, the beach activities was perfect!! If we had more time we would do every activity at the beach! The pools, the service was perfect. We really recommend the snorkeling tour!

The property was beautiful and clean. It’s much smaller than some of the other resorts so you don’t feel overwhelmed with lots of people around. Pool and beach area was lovely.

No complaints. The lobby bar/lounge hours were a little odd, but that was it.

Friendly staff. Fast and stable wifi. Big and clean room. Good breakfast

Location is far from everything. We spent lots of money on taxis. "The grill" restaurant is the most expensive and food was the worst we have tried during our stay in Japan.
