I loved the way the staff treated me and how careful, attentive and welcoming they were. It made everything much easier and smooth. The hotel is an old school place. Rugged floors small toilets, and a bit hot during the night. The mattress was a bit old and soft, but worked. However, it was all I needed as a solo traveler. I only slept there, otherwise I was outside walking.

The location is a bit far from Bologna itself. Being ~150m away from the end of Bologna. It wasn't a problem for me, as I love walking. There is a bus stop after some 7-10 minute walk, and you get to the center in 10 mins.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was cleaned every day, every day fresh towels. Sheets were exchanged once during our 4 days stay which is great. Overall very clean place! Very polite and pleasant staff! Very nice breakfast with sweet and salty croissants and pastry. You can also have cereal or toasted bread with different spreads. Do not expect any kind of meat or cheese though, but this was perfectly fine. Fresh Italian coffee and cappuccino, juices, water, and milk.

The only bad thing about the hotel is the location: just outside of the Bologna ring road. Far from the city center, but for the price, this is just fine. We used the bus number 27 to go to the city. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the bus stop and then a 20-30-minute ride to Pizza Maggiore.

The staff were very friendly and made the effort to talk with me, asking questions with genuine interest. There were fresh and deliciou pastries at breakfast (see picture below) and coffee (I was even asked if I wanted a second cappuccino!) The hotel was clearly dated, but it was interesting to see as opposed to staying somewhere more aesthetically modern. I enjoyed the traditional Italian aesthetic and honestly found this to be more of an experience than a modern aesthetic would have been.

The location wasn't the best for a solo traveler returning at night (would be ok if you were happy to come back before dark or you were with someone else) as it was pretty much deserted at night but it didn't feel unsafe also... the room itself was very small with a single bed wouldn't be the best for relaxing in but if you're out all day in Bologna it's fine.

I love the fact that the time I arrived to the hotel I couldn't speak properly the language and they help me with few different things. Also the people who work there were really nice to me and made me feel cozy. For breakfast you can take many different things they have on the kitchen available and they will serve anything you ask them if they have. The cleaning stuff is really fast and it leaves the room like no one was ever there before

The location is a little bit far and it takes some time to arrive to the center BUT on the other hand, the place is really quiet and calm. Also, if you have a bicycle you can arrive in just a few minutes. The bed was not specially confortable due to the seam but the pillow is a memory pillow and its the greatest one to have.

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Located in a tranquil place a bit outside of the town, but convenient to call a taxi and there're some interesting restaurants nearby. Really liked it!

Nice hotel to stay in case of non trips around Italy. It's close to the highway. You can access the room with the code to be provided before your stay. Parking is available on site. Nice restaurants are located around the property

this hotel is worth its money.

Cozy little hotel in the outskirts of Bologna, very nice and helpful staff members - they speak English - we got a map and were explained how to get to the bus stop. Clean and warm room with private bathroom - they clean and change towels every day. We were lucky to get the room with balcony with nice view to the front yard of the hotel. Bus stop is 10 minutes walk - from there it is 15-20 min to the city center by bus, there is Lidl supermarket like 15 minutes walk far. Breakfast - basic with typical Italian croissants and coffee plus other stuff to choose from (toasted bread, yoghurts etc).

The hotel is a value for money the staff of the hotel are very helpfull and make you welcome they assist you everytime you need something they are available 24/7 it was a nice stay the hotel is located in a quite place surrounded by fields and nature

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff is very friendly.

The rooms have carpets which keeps dirt... And the toilet and shower are both behind the curtain... You shower literally with the toilet right in front of you. That feels a bit unhygienic to me.

Friendly couple owned bed and breakfast. Breakfast good. Room clean. Security excellent. Location easy , for one night stay travelling on to Brindisi.
