Staff was very courteous.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and thought this would be a great place. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to restaurants, gas stations, stores, and it is relatively close to the downtown area. Breakfast was nice. There were good options and we definitely didn't leave hungry. The lobby is clean and the room we stayed in was also very clean. Everything in the room looked modern and the bed was really comfy. The parking lot had parking all around and a door you could enter in the back with your room key. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel is very nice, we noticed this time that we could hear our neighbors a lot. We could clearly hear the conversation our neighbors were having in their room while we were laying in bed. Thicker walls would be nice, but that's hard to do when everything is already built. It was a minor annoyance, but not a deal breaker. Having more towels in the bathroom would be nice. For our two night stay, there was only 2 body towels to use, so we asked for more. This wasn't a problem, but having a fresh towel for each day per person is nice.

Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with cereal, pastries, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and waffle maker. The room had an interesting reading bench/chaise lounge.

Coffee was worse than instant IMO. Also, I could clearly hear the tv and (extremely talkative) guests in the next room. However, this was common in every hotel I stayed at, so not sure if this is just standard for the area. Luckily they quieted around 11pm, so I didn't bother bringing it up to the front desk.

The hotel staff were all so pleasant & helpful! Very new, modern & spotlessly clean hotel in a convenient location to restaurants & Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino. We really appreciated the free hotel shuttle for the racetrack & several area restaurants,etc.

No pool or outdoor area for sitting. The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have different hot foods such as bacon, grits, breakfast quesadillas or breakfast sandwiches. Each of the 3 mornings of our stay the hot items were the same (sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits/ gravy).

Clean room. Shower instead of tub. That was not bad for me since I cannot climb into a tub any more. Very modern decor. They had a microwave and refrigerator in room. Great breakfast- eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, Belgian waffles, coffee, juice. They also had a cabinet of microwavable rice, mac and cheese, etc. Also cooler and freezer with pizzas, frozen dinners and ice cream to purchase and prepare. Lots of space and tables in breakfast room.

Family felt the rooms were rather stark - like a dorm room.

Everything was quite wonderful. My wife and I decided to give this place a try. We've stayed at many hotels in the area and this has been the best hotel by far! Check in was incredibly quick (less than 2 minutes)! The staff were really friendly throughout the whole stay, which made it a pleasant experience. Our room was huge! We booked a suite and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and smelled nice the entire time we were there. The room was very modern and had a mini fridge and microwave. Although we didn't use them, it was a nice treat to have them available. The bathroom was nice as well. The water pressure was average, but the temperature was consistent and hot! Breakfast was delicious! There were many options to choose from and we didn't leave hungry. The hotel is easy to get to and is close to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The hotel was also quiet. We weren't bothered by any loud noise our entire stay, which was very nice! Check out was quick and easy and we were sad to leave. It's safe to say that this will now be our go-to hotel when we come to Hot Springs.

We enjoyed everything! There really wasn't anything to not like. We will be happy to come back.

The breakfast was delicious! The decor of the breakfast room was bright and cheerful. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite.

The AC unit made a clicking sound that was very annoying. Maybe the walls and floors are too thin, but we could hear everything our neighbors did until late at night. These two things made it hard to sleep.

Everything was nice. The breakfast was great!! We enjoyed our room and the comfortable bed so much we did not want to leave after a 2 night stay. We will be back again. The shower was great 👍 room stayed nice and cool. We also tried the BBQ located out front it was really good. Located within walking distance of the casino and several other restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay already.
