Beautiful on inside.

You have to pay for parking at the hotel tho I paid for this expensive room. Where else would I park if I have a room at the hotel?? It doesn’t make sense at all and the complementary breakfast could have been better. More than half the stuff there my daughter didn’t eat. There was so pancakes or waffles and you have to keep asking chef for sausage and bacon. I didn’t like that cause everything else was a get it yourself type thing.

Happy hour and omelet bar made the whole trip. This was for a book signing and the hotel was perfect for the trip! Definitely reccomend the drink happy hour. The room was comfortable and spacious. Common areas were clean and staff was available if needed for literally anything.

Check in with the app wasn't working tho so we still had to wait in line for check in. They were able to sort it out once we checked in and app worked for digital key and such.

Great staff. They were Very attentive and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and valued as guest in the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Made to order omelets as well as a breakfast buffet. We will plan to continue our stay at Embassy Suites when we’re in Little Rock.

The side door next to Handicapped parking was locked for some reason.

The proximity to Children’s Hospital was important as well as a nice place to stay during a stressful time. The room service meals we ordered were excellent and breakfast the next morning was good and convenient. All the staff we encountered were very knowledgeable and personable. Parking was convenient and safe. Could not ask for anything more.

The breakfast was disappointing. Poor range of cereals, exceptionally crisp bacon; clearly they provided for the majority of their customers ,US people.

The breakfast was okay, customer service was good they worked with me and saved my room so I could get my money right on my card, If you looking for a nice cheap hotel then that's the right place.

Nothing I enjoyed the stay but that is considering I did only stay one night, I suggest waking up early for hot breakfast though I do suggest that.

They had a nice variety of food (hot and cold) with made to order omelets. The free happy hour was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Staff got our family as close together as they could. Lobby was spacious and great for gathering for a drink before heading to bed.

Breakfast area needed someone to keep it clean and stocked. Tables needed to be cleared in more timely manner.

It was so awsome and clean. I love the area and the building was so clean. I love how the hotel is setup and so easy to check in and out. The hotel stay was wonderful and i would stay again. Thanks for having me and my wife.

Breakfast was good wish they had more breakfast food options for the price we paid for the hotel. Another thing dont understand why you have to pay for parking that was crazy.

The King suite was perfect for the occasion. The separate sleeping areas was perfect

The pool is extremely small. I didn’t like that you pay for surface parking. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was about as thick as two floor mats and the cover on it was dirty.
