Staff could NOT get my prepaid mastercard debit card to work. Declined when swiped. Immediately asked for an alternate payment. I paid cash. Should have manually entered my card number, like another motel did. Told me my card was bad, which it was NOT. I immediately walked next door to Walgreens where my card worked ok. Male clerk fumbled on computer, female took over. Both had very broken english.

I loved how clean the place was, staff was very friendly as well. I was so happy that they actually had a microwave and a minifridge! Although I did not see those listed on their website, but was a surprise to see they actually did have them. It was a very nice stay overall and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay there again when we pass through.

We frequently stay at this Motel 6. Rooms are always clean and the King bed is very comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful and always friendly. Since we are elderly they accommodate us by having us stay in a room downstairs.

Not much to say Bad ,& But the coffee could get Better & Have decaf on site 🤔

My stay is always a good one when I go to Grant's there's one thing that could be and helpful to me sometimes would be decaf coffee other than regular coffee Other than that I'm Good & There really nice

Peaceful and quiet.

There are no smoking rooms. That makes it hard to get rest when you have to go outside and freeze to have a cigarette. We are people too and we should be honored with our rights as well.

Linens were clean, towels white, everything worked well enough. Staff was friendly and it was quiet and in a good location. Food options were close by. Laundry room was open for use although I didn't need to wash clothes during this stay. Ice machine works. Free coffee in the morning.

Shower heads at motel 6 are typically always gunky and calcified in every location I go to which often prevents me from taking a shower here. The water in grants doesn't smell very good. Pool was closed.

Staff at first put us in a queen room that did not match our king reservation. They wanted to charge me more but because I had printed the original reservation I could prove it. What’s the point of making a reservation if a motel is not going to honor it?

There was no breakfast, it was a Motel 6. We checked in at midnight and the staff was so pleasant and helpful! Same thing when we checked out in the morning. Plus, our room was just what we needed: modern, updated, clean, and calming.

The fridge made a little noise and the shower is just a little too tight, but good design.

Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the wood floor…so much more sanitary than carpet. Bathroom was great, especially the shower!

We enjoyed our one night and would definitely stay again. (Front desk couldn’t find our Booking.com reservation, which was very odd, but they had a room for us that was the same as our booking.)
