I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the checkout time, the unique warehouse aesthetic, and the size and comfort of the king bed.

I didn’t like the price of the hotel for a one night stay, the $75 early check in fee (especially since there were rooms available), and the cheap shower curtain that was far too easy to get wet which made a mess on the bathroom floor.

View was great, generally liked my room. Location was neither great nor awful but is right on the metro. Good, strong shower. Decent coffee downstairs. Really it was all about the view and being able to watch the changing light from bed though, loved every second of that.

The 'fridge' is just a mini bar (with no price list I could see) so no real room for your own stuff. The place is a weird mix of great and a bit cheap / slightly problematic e.g. a slight issue with the lock on my door (secure, so only reported when I left - it should have been apparent though as the plate wasn't flush to the door as there was a screw missing), the desk and closet are rather cheap looking and not enduring particularly well. Shower drain sounded like I was going to be sucked into an abyss. The corridors could be nicer. No real room for your luggage, with two people it would be tight.

The hotel is fun, great environment and it's close to many venues.

The bed was hard, not comfortable at all. They really need to upgrade their mattresses. The bartenders at the little bar inside were horrible. My husband and I sat down at the bar for 7 minutes before either one of them asked us if we wanted a drink. The bar wasn't even busy. I timed it, I wanted to see how long it took before they even acknowledged us. We were never asked if we'd like another drink after we finished our drinks. We had to call one of them over. Again, the bar wasn't busy! They had time to stand around and chat. It was just such a disappointment. I guess they didn't want our money.

Cool, hipster vibe. Openaire restaurant on site was great, plus an Alfred’s coffee downstairs!

My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the rooms to hang towels. There is only 1, and nowhere to even hang the hand towel in the washroom. A dresser would be great as well.

When I had an issue with my room it was dealt with swiftly and they were happy to move me to another room and give me a free upgrade. My new room was perfect. This was my third time staying here and the staff are always helpful, the location is great and I love the Alfred coffee in the reception and also the cine-still vending machine!

The room I was initially in had a really strong smell of food coming through the air vents in the room and in the shower, it made all my clothes and hair smell like BBQ and even the water seemed to be infused with it.

N/a I didn’t know you had breakfast, it was never mention or read anywhere, we had to walk few blocks to Korea town to eat breakfast, I wish I knew there was some.

The drains at in the bathroom were not draining properly after shaving or taking bath. I put my finger and pull a lot of hair from the bathtub but didn’t have luck with the hand sink, forgot to mention that to the lobby. I didn’t have time to wait for someone to fix it, you should keep maintaing the facilities before something like this happens again After knowing that there was breakfast I’m disappointed. I’m going to change my review about value from excellent to bad.

The hotel itself is very clean, but this is not a cozy place to be. Felt like a prison. Nice views, but I would not want to stay here again. Definitely not family or kid friendly. The restaurant is really good. The room service is great. Room was kept clean. However, it just is not a cozy place to be. Shower and room felt very sterile. No bathtub.

Extremely overpriced For the room themselves. It’s not a cozy place to be. It’s not a place you want to stay For a staycation. It might’ve just been my room and they might have better room available, but I was not a big fan of my room. But the views are incredible.

This is a great hotel, with a relaxed buzz, a well- equipped clean gym, business area, a roof top pool with music and bar and restaurant. The beds are large and very comfortable, the bathroom has an excellent shower with Cowshed products and gold taps etc, with a generous amount of towels which are replaced if necessary daily. Reception was very welcoming also to our chihuahua so here is kind to pets. And Carl was very helpful with our rather numerous bags!

Parking was very expensive at USD 58 a day with the hotel so we opted for street parking. But all in all a great stay much enjoyed. Thank you!

location was good

Had no kettle to make tea. Every time you took a shower, the whole bathroom floor would get wet and there was no ventilation in there, so it would fog up quickly.

The hotel is super trendy and has a great location. The room had the best desk I've ever seen. Metro is just across the street and plenty of eateries nearby.

The room, although well designed, was a little on the small side. The neighbourhood was up-and-coming but in places didn't quite match the classy level of the hotel.
