The location is excellent; in a tiny, charming square in the historic centre of Tropea. The room was two flights up, and the terrace for breakfast (or enjoying the afternoon), is one more flight up. I found my room authentic 👍 and comfortable. This is not a cookie-cutter chain property, but run by a kind owner and named after her children. Delightful and unique. I look forward to returning !

I didn't dislike anything really. Being in the historic centre, it's not as if there's a large car park on site, so I was offered a space some blocks away for an additional €10 a day.

B&B in the middle from Tropea, you can see the Sunset from the Terrace, Breakfast is served on the Terrace. Good Coffee. Beach and everything is in Walking distance. Very Friendly and helpfull Staff.

Breakfast could get a little upgrade, with fresh Bread instead of only Toast. Parking in Tropea is not always easy. The Blueline is expensive, so be prepared if you arrive on a Saturday evening. There are a few Stairsteps in the building to reach the Rooms and no elevator available. If you have Problems walking, it could be a bit tricky.

Superb location in the middle of Tropea. Great sound isolation makes the room very quiet. Rooms are comfortable, homely and very clean. Good air conditioning and a nice balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast area has a very nice terrace with a view over the sea. Breakfast is typical italian with sweets, juice and coffee but some toast, cheese, meats and yoghurt is also available. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are cleaned every day.

We loved Esther....she was so wonderful and made sure we were well looked after and happy. She cleaned our rooms every day which was over and above what we expected. Her breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day. She organised a taxi for our departure and we were truly spoit by her. We absolutely loved our stay at LoryLu. It was in the perfect position in the centre of town surrounded by great shops and restaurants

The 3 flights of stairs but that couldn't be avoided

Central location, yet also quiet, although over a restaurant. Large bathroom (especially shower) and big comfy bed. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room down quickly.

Bedroom was comfortable but small and wouldn't want to have too many bags for storage space in the room. Also bear in mind need to walk up two flights of stairs. Also sound proofing works well for outside, however not inside hallways, we had other travellers making allot of noise with doors late in the night.

Perfect location in Tropea old town. Eveything is just around the corner. Good breakfast and friendly staff. And I have to say that the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, has an amazing view!

For us this place was perfect. If you have trouble climbing a lot of stairs, then you might want to stay somewhere else. But with ”good legs” stairs are fine.

Wonderful B&B for our overnight stay in Tropea. Luca and Esther are beautiful hosts. They helped us settle in, and prepared a very generous breakfast for us in the morning on the rooftop terrace with a view that you have to see to believe 😍. Excellent location in the middle of the old town close to restaurants and sights, with parking outside the limited traffic zone. It's then a few minutes easy walk into the accommodation. Room was comfortable, well decorated with a small balcony and view of town. Lovely bathroom!

Superb location in the centre of everything. Very nice room with balcony, even nicer views from the breakfast terrace (unfortunately we had to eat inside due to rainy weather). Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Narrow steep staircase to reach the top floors. Didn't bother us too much, but could be a problem for elderly people. Bed slightly hard, but typical for Italy.

A lovely stay in the old town of Tropea, in a very central location. The staff were friendly and provided a fantastic breakfast on the terrace. The room was small but well laid out and perfectly fine for a short stay. Great shower!

Pretty much everything: lovely owners, great location, charming building, super clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good shower, lovely views over breakfast, not far from the gorgeous local beaches (access via many steps), the owners kindly lent us beach towels and an umbrella to make our stay even more comfortable

Not much at all, just a couple of small things: Coffee could be better and the room (Botticelli) was a bit cramped (perfectly functional, just the balcony is not really a balcony and the bathroom door can’t open all the way as the sink is in the way). Also wish it had been possible to leave our baggage at the hotel after check-out rather than lug it around town on our last day (late night flight back).
