Location is fabulous, apartments are big and beautifully appointed with huge balconies. The heated pool was actually heated and a pleasure to use. Although reception is not open a great deal, there is someone at the end of the phone who promptly answer. The only little niggles I had was that the lounge although very comfortable was a little low for someone with bad knees, so sat on a couple of cushions, problem solved. Would go back in a heartbeat. Looking at other properties and for this location definitely value for money.

M1 is a perfect holiday location we had a brilliant holiday. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in a great location close to cafes, the beach, the river and the Sunshine Plaza and Big Top centre. The managers of M1 are friendly and helpful and we recommend holidaying at this location. One thing to be aware of is that if you book your accommodation on booking.com you are not guaranteed to get the apartment you booked and paid for. We booked a 3 bed apartment with ocean and hinterland views on an upper floor of the complex as this is what booking.com were selling. When we arrived we were put in a different apartment on a low floor without the views we thought we were getting. We would still stay at this complex, it was excellent.

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, secure car parking, barbecue available, very quiet at night, close to supermarket and malls

Our dryer didn't work, reported it to the duty manager, who was lovely and let us dry our washing in an adjacent apartment. However she said it would be sorted the next day and we never heard back from her, followed up with phone message but no response. The reception was closed during our whole stay so nobody to talk to. Due to the humidity outside it takes days for the beach towels & clothes to dry. You have to provide everything yourself, it would be good to have basics like salt & pepper provide but these are minor issues.

Loved everything about this little apartment. The property was very nice and clean. The apartment is a staggered design with the kitchen and sofa downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Massive balcony area that opened out onto a canal. Perfect location with shopping centres and local RSL just a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable, with the main bedroom sporting a king bed.

We got upgraded to stay at Sitka - it was stunning, everything about the first floor apartment was exceptional. Unfortunately there is a very unfriendly man who lives on the third floor who doesn't like the sound of little girls playing in the pool, when you pay thousands to stay somewhere you should be able to use the facilities and enjoy them in innocent. fun.

The apartment was immaculate and spacious. It is in a great location and we could walk everywhere. The selection of viewing channels was amazing.

We took a bit of time figuring out how to operate the air conditioning. It seemed to revert to the Sunshine symbol at times but we think we sorted it out.

Great location and our terrace view was stunning. Long weekend away with my daughters and this place was perfect.

We didn't like that the air-con turned off at midnight each night and came back on around 6am. Only one tea towel in the kitchen and could of done with an extra one.

Beautifully clean apartment, large size, lovely balcony overlooking the river perfect pad for us to explore Maroochydore! Would recommend. Very quiet, clean pool, table tennis was a bonus! Very friendly and helpful team running the apartments.

Being very picky here as the apartment was a 9/10 only thing that could have been improved was the bed in the Master - I would have expected a King Size and not something that moved every time my hubby moved an inch. Apart from that it was absolutely faultless.

View across river was ugly but was still good having the river. I didn't read that there was no servicing - that was my fault - but for this price would expect serving.

The bed was on the firm side, which is a difference in personal preference not a reflection of the quality of the accomodation . Everything else was excellent
