The price for our night was very decent! We needed a room last minute & this hotel was near where we were, so I read some reviews & decided to book it. I was a little concerned since it's a best western...they've seemed to go downhill in the last decade or so, but we were VERY decently surprised! Our bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was in good order & the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly too. On our drive to the hotel, we did go through a questionable area, so I started questioning our choice, but when we arrived, it was out of the ghetto & well lit. There were cameras all over the building too, so that was nice. (Whether they worked or not, I don't know, but it was a comforting thought!)

You can hear every person walk down the hall & every door slam. Oddly enough, we didn't hear any of our neighbors in their rooms though, so that was nice!

There was a free electric vehicle charger which was a great bonus! I used the standard adaptor for my Tesla and it worked great for a full overnight charge. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and very good.

Our room was nice but wasn’t fully cleaned properly. There was dust/residue on the sides of the night stand and in the closet space on the shelf.

I’m in a wheelchair, and I called early to reserve the roll-in shower room. The staff reserved that room for me without any issues.

The breakfast is impossible for me to make and there was only the front desk clerk available to help me. She was helping others at the desk so another hotel guest helped me.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice! The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The only two things I didn't like was they said you can't take breakfast back to your room or they would charge you per plate. I had a baby and she was still asleep during breakfast hours. The other thing the carpet in the room was coming off.

Super convenient stopping point on our trip!

The pool was closed, even after seeing it was open online when reservation was made. Doesn't seem like a big deal, except that was the deciding factor on staying at this location. I didn't mind paying extra because of the pool feature.

Fitness center had great equipment, one of the cables on the weight machine was broken so it was uneven to work with. The floor was dirty had mud and was never cleaned my entire 4 night stay, otherwise it was a nice gym

I felt I was gouged with the price becase of the eclpse in the area. rates were at least 30% higher than normal. Something I will remember when choosing a property in the future.

From start to finish EVERYTHING was perfect! I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service like I’ve experienced here! Jay and the Ms Gabby (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was heaven sent! I wish it was a ten start rating because this hotel deserves it!!! the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways,and our room was amazing! the king size bed was super comfy along with the rest of the room! and I can’t leave out that good ole hot breakfast I was the first one in line my stay here every morning lol….amazing!!!!

I liked the location, staff, and breakfast.

I wanted a handicapped room with a roll-in shower but they only had one and it was taken. I actually purchased that room as well. The accessible rooms are too small for my wheelchair.

Spacious lobby. Bright restroom. Nice decorations.

Big trucks and containers were parked along the hotel and blocked the street. Room was quite narrow with a bad placed closet which blocked walking space.
