Perfect place for relaxing, in the middle of a tracking routes and a forest, a stream is just in the backyard where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was very nice and what an excellent restaurant, great food, great chef. Dog-friendly place, comfortable beds and really pretty interieur design in the entire hotel. Very clean, the cleaning lady, the restaurant and reception staff were all very nice. Overall, a superb experience, I can only recommend.

You may share a bathroom with another room, which was not at all a problem for us as they also clean it daily so no problem there, just thought to mention.

I was travelling via motorcycle with friends and the staff were extremely accommodating in allowing us to use the courtyard for more secure parking. The menu at the restaurant was varied and the food and drink superb. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and engaging. The garden area next to the stream to the rear of the property was nice and relaxing at the end of a days travelling.

The buffet style breakfast choice was excellent, but I think the area could have been a little bigger to allow the guests to chose their food and drink without intruding on other guests space. In no way is this a deal breaker, simply an observation that didn't deflect from a well run and equipped hotel.

It was just a really nice stay. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms comfortable and dinner was delicious even if a little on the small side for the price. We were able to park our motorbikes in the courtyard which was a big bonus for us.

Besides the menu choices and price everything else was great.

The room was cosy and pleasantly cool in the evenings and throughout these very hot summer nights. Breakfast was great with a buffet featuring fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurt, eggs, cold meats and cheese. The bread was fresh and absolutely delicious as were the viennoiseries. The location of the hotel within a well appointed nature reserve (Life, Natura 2000) is second to none.

The ceiling light fixtures didn't match the style of the room with led bulbs dipping the room into a cold, yet insufficient light.

The property is right at the start of forest and is surrounded by trees and a narrow creek which you can sit by and enjoy the calm natural ambiance.

The only issue was the wifi. The wifi signals were quite weak and since our home network didn’t work in that area, no internet meant inability to make any calls which caused a few issues. Nothing major.

Didn't sample the evening food, but the breakfast was perfect. Amazing location with nice garden / outdoor seating area. Ideal if you're travelling by motorcycle as there's a private courtyard for easy, secure parking.

The attic room had 4 beds; 2twin and 2 queen. Great for my family. Shared bathroom which was weird for the children but was great. Great dinner and breakfast! It was snowing and raining so we didn’t get to explore the property but looked very nice for a non-wet day. Would stay here again!

No hot water in the morning for showers though. Not sure if something was wrong.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The beds and room were clean. The staff was wonderfully helpful! We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! I recommend this to any of my friends.

The bathroom only had shower gel (combo for body and hair). Separate shampoo would not be a bad idea.

Nice location with a lot of walking trails starting right at the location. There is also a nice large garden with outside seating, amusement for kids and a nice small river. Staff was very friendly and the food served for lunch/dinner was really great.

Breakfast could have used some more variety. There were the basics (eggs, bread, fruit...) but within those there weren't many options (only boiled eggs, only white bread...). They also start doing cleaning early in the morning for rooms checking out and you can hear the vacuum loudly in your room if you are still trying to sleep a bit more.

I’ve been meaning to try this hotel for a while, the photos show the mill nestled in the valley next a small river. It’s very pretty and well maintained and the staff is excellent.

I’m hard pushed to negatively comment so the only thing I can think of is that the breakfast coffee was tepid. However, a member of staff gave us piping hot coffee from behind the bar, a great way to deal with my little niggle.
